The food was great, I enjoyed the Chicago deep dish pizza, I was trying it for the very first time and it did not disappoint!!!
Our waitress Sydney was amazing!!! She is so cool, she interacted with us, and took care of us really well!! Very helpful!! Sydney, if you ever get to read this, I want you to know that you rock !!! And it was very nice to meet you!!
The service was good, the atmosphere was chill.

Ordered delivery, came fast and hot. Delivery driver was awesome and friendly! The food, let me tell you about the food! They did NOT use canned corned beef hash that was the best part! I love corned beef and I love hash, so this was PERFECT!!! I WILL BE ORDERING THIS AGAIN!

Ordered take out, a large Chicago stuffed deep dish. You should be ashamed calling it a Chicago anything! We ordered 1 pizza for $50 and I was really looking forward to the best pizza ever! To be met with something a toddler could have made better. The sauce tasted like tomato paste, beer and pepper. The crust like dollar tree pre made and the toppings inside were definitely not fresh. Nothing about it was good. -10/10 do not recommend!

This absolutely pains me to leave this review. This has been one of my favorite restaurants for over 20 years. Tonight was simply unacceptable. I was seated, and was ignored for over 20 minutes. Other servers checked on every table, but My party was not checked on. Did not even get to put a drink order in. When I took the menu to the hostess she was nice. She apologized and said if I wanted to still be served she could go get a server for us. We chose to leave. This has never happened before, and I am really sad to see such a great place go down like this.

Absolutely amazing pizza. Everytime we want good pizza, this is the spot. Last night we got cheesy flatbread for an appetizer and it was phenomenal. Crispy with a perfect amout of cheese. We also got the house special, in a Chicago deep dish. First time trying the deep dish, but we were not dissapointed. If I could find any complaints, the price is high, but it comes with amazing food. Also, the pizza could have used a bit more sauce, but I didn’t ask for extra, so that was on me. I absolutely love coming to this place and will be back for sure. Absolutely best pizza ive found.

Walked in, completely dead (12 people total, two parties; 8 and 4), was immediately sat and told a server would be right with us. Well, that never happened. We waited 20 minutes without a single person stopping by. Several servers walked past, delivered food and drinks to the party next to us, but wouldn’t look at us.
After 20 minutes we left. The hostess acknowledged us leaving and thanked us for coming in. I told her you’re not welcome, we sat there for 20 minutes, nobody came over and nobody would come when we tried to get their attention, and this experience was a joke. She just stood there, gave us a blank dumbfounded look, and asked where we were seated(!), like she literally couldn’t remember where *she* sat us 20 minutes ago, when there are only 14 people in the whole place and nobody came in after us?
Incompetence abounds at this place, which sucks because I liked Pizza House. My first and last time at this location though. Just further proves that everything UM and Ann Arbor are far greater than MSU and East Lansing.

We were sat and waited 12 minutes before our server acknowledged us (it wasn’t busy). mediocre, overpriced food. Paid $20 for a burger that was frozen – Burger King is better. Pasta dish had no flavor. went to use the bathroom and saw servers in the back on their phones. Atmosphere was nice. Overall, train your staff better.

Stopped in before a show at the Wharton Center. Once we sat down, it took over 5 minutes before a waitress came to our table. The cheese sticks were very basic, like they got them from the grocery store. They didn’t taste like they were fried and had a weird texture. My wife’s order came out at the same time as the app. By the time my food came out, she was basically done with her food. The burger I ordered medium came out well done. I should have expected that since it took so long to make. It was a very average burger. Slow service, mediocre food.

I doordashed here and seen it was a beauty visually so I had to try it but the server ayden and the food were mediocre… my pasta had less flavor than dirt.and the $16 cheese sticks that only came with marinara because I asked for it after they were brought to us cold. My pasta was bland and luke warm… overpriced for that food not a fan never again. I had ti get up and get my own fork and wasn’t brought napkins either nor offered. And didnt offer a refill til my food was almost gone… $75 for 2 people
