It was nice to see a staff work together and actually socializing with one another. Seems like a fun place to work. I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza and before they started making it our server came back and asked if it was for allergies so they took extra precautions. (It was so I was appreciative of that!!) They also have cards at the table to play while waiting for pizza. It was our first time there and we will definitely return. Tony was an amazing server!

Great food! Under new ownership, Craig, and wow can you tell a difference! The quality has improved, flavors and the time it takes to receive your food is faster. They even have a great new outdoor patio! We stopped coming here because it just wasn’t the same with the previous owner. So glad we tried it again, our favorite pizza place is back and better than ever! Thank you Craig for all the improvements!

We were nervous how it was going to go upon walking in and one of the girls, playing on her phone, looked at us and went to the back without even speaking. But, the other girl, Carly was our waitress. She was great! She was helping every table in the place, as well as running the lobby, and answering phones. She was very attentive to our needs and refills. We definitely appreciate her hard work!

I don’t know what happened to the Cicero pizza house, but it has definitely gone downhill. Prices are up and the service totally sucked. I am really easy-going and have never left a comment anywhere ever but I was led to do it today. I would personally go in there and write your order down on a piece of paper and make sure they make what you want. I’ll try it again in the future but I’m deathly gonna leave them, with some time to figure it out

I dined in at pizza house yesterday and had Michelle as my server. She was amazing and very polite. The food was amazing I had a two piece chicken meal and my wife had a calzone. Overall, I would go again and recommend.

I’m currently sitting in your restaurant at 8:50 and have been since 8:25ish. My order was taken about 5 minutes ago by a young man busting is butt. He handed the kitchen our order and I hear a female say, they are just not ordering, we close at 9 along with another customer who was standing at the cash register. I told the young man if it’s a problem I’ll pay for my drinks and leave and he stayed no please don’t. We are from out of town and will be here a week staying in this area with a group of 15 players plus parents. I’ll make sure I don’t recommend your restaurant. Terrible management

We were in town for vacation and wanted to try a locally owned restaurant. We found this place fairly close to where we are staying. Although the reviews said the service was not good we still wanted to give it a go cause we understand things happen. However we asked for onions to be on the other side of the pizza due to me having an allergy to them. It was on my side still. That being said, the bread sticks were really good. The only complaint would be the toppings. Would be interested in trying a hand tossed pizza next time was not a fan of the original crust.
