We just waited TWO hours for a LARGE pizza, American Hoagie, garlic bread, chicken fingers and fries. Gave an $8.00 tip… There is no possible way this is a large pizza. I call and the woman wants to offer me 10% off my next order, i said oh hell no i waited two hours for this. I offer to send her pictures she tells me 20% off your next order is all i can do. There will never be a next time. I get things are hard right now but refunding the pizza would have been the right thing to do. Yes she offered to make another one and bring it. We just waited for this one, its 9:00pm. I am beyond furious. Things are extremely expensive right now and we are getting ripped off, its not fair. I wish i could add a picture to this post. So everyone could see, its not right.

I ordered a meat lovers pizza and a large 1/2 plain 1/2 mushroom pizza. After waiting an hour and half for my food and paying $39.00 ($5.00 tip included), I couldn’t have been more disappointed. The only meat that was on it was meatball, sausage, and pepperoni on a single layer of pizza. Let’s not forget that the toppings did not even cover the whole pizza. John’s pizza certainly makes a much better meat lovers pie. The taste of the 1/2plain 1/2 mushroom was ok. But that was the first and last time I will be ordering anything from pizza hell.

This is one of our favorite places for pizza and cheesesteaks in the area. They’re timely, have great hours, and great food. The cheesesteaks are a great portion where it’s the perfect amount, on a delightful fluffy and fresh roll. They put plenty of toppings when you ask, and I don’t even need to ask for extra cheese because it’s so balanced across the sandwich. Pizzas have all been great. We don’t have a favorite topping, it’s all good when it’s a pizza night. Sometimes they’ll collab with an idea of what’s good on the pizza and we’ll try that the next time. Always great, and love the inspiration. They’re also so kind when you’re picking up. They work hard and long hours but they’re always so warm and positive. Always appreciated, and doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you Pizza Heaven for being here!!!
