Órdered a pizza and asked for it well done and what I received was not well done. Called the place to make it known that they sent the order wrong and the response was “well done was sent and crispy is something else” I’ve never had an issue with “well done” being misunderstood.
I really don’t know how this place is still open. Their customer service hasn’t been the best but it’s gotten worse. I do not recommend this place. Go at your own risk! Definitely not recommended.

You can feel the nostalgia upon entering. Judging from the decor, it’s seems like a community staple. Especially judging from the energy of the seated patrons. The items we ordered were ok, just a bit expensive. Their location is ideal though, given it’s proximity to the local train station and buses.

DON’T EAT HERE!!! Purchased two pepperoni slices today, August 1, 2025, which came with a free fountain drink. Upon consuming my free drink, which was a diet Pepsi, I noticed something on the side of the cup on the inside. Once I opened it, I found three baby Roaches in my cup! I pray I don’t get sick! I have reached out to the health department and made a report. When I spoke with and showed the older Man behind the counter who served me, he did not seem to take too much care to what I was showing him nor did he offer my money back. DISGUSTING!

Disappointely Pizza Heaven is no longer the place where they have amazing, great tasting pizza. I have been ordering and going to there place for almost four/ five years. My usual has always has been there margarita pizza with garlic knots. There margarita were delicious, watery mouth full to die for pizza. Prepared with there great quality dough, fresh homemade well balanced Marinara sauce, and there fresh out of this world mozzarella cheese. Over the last few months you can just tell that there quality has been going down hill. There was a hispanic gentlemen with long hair, who dam… knew how to make a fantastic pizza and was a super nice. Sadly he is no longer there. The new people that work there is Meh. Sadly I ordered from there once in a while because they still have great Marinara sauce and alright garlic Knotts. (Not like before). I feel with the quality continuing going down, it will eventually go out of business. The place is old and rustic which I still like.
