I love this place. Great pizza. Friendly and helpful staff. Our combination pizza was loaded with fresh ingredients. We also ordered their cheesy bread. Delicious! We were also given a free liter of soda! I recommend this place highly.

Okay so we were in town and wanted to orders some pizza so we went and tried this place. First we tried on line and that would not work. It kept telling us to order more food for using the 25% discount code. So we called the store and they said we could order over the phone but when we got the price it was different then what is should had been so we canceled the order. But we ended up calling back because we realized there was nothing closer. But when we called back this girl did not want to give us the 25% off but then when she did it was still different and not only different from our price but different by 3 dollars then the price the girl before gave us. Now to the food we got a pizza the flavor was good but we asked for it to be well done and it was not. Crust was not cooked all the way. We got the garlic things which were good. We will not order here again because of the service and the fact that something is going on with the price on there end

Owner refused to let me use the bathroom after I’d ordered food, told me to go to McDonald’s a block away as if I’m going to walk in there holding his food, leered at the young looking girls who work there and who seemed like they’re used to it, and forgot to give me sauce for his overpriced “pesto” bread app which frankly has nearly no pesto, I guess the price of basil is up or something. Don’t support this tool.

They were very clean, courteous and customer service oriented. I have never been to a better pizza guy’s this is absolutely the best pizza experience I have had in years. The service is amazing and I like the pizza quality, taste and fresh ingredients.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: AMAZING. First time I went (month ago), I was offered a bottle of soda for free. Second time I went, I got a handful of ranch free. Both times were from a man with a mustache (who I assume is the owner). He really cares about customers I can tell. I’m not one to care about customer service when ordering pizza, really, though his gestures stood out to me when i ordered. Disclaimer: don’t expect free soda or ranch. It might have just been my luck.
PIZZA: AMAZINGLY GOOD. Yeah, it isn’t as cheap as Little Caesar’s. Though they still have good specials going on. Dough has great texture. Not fluffy. I’ll have to try other meat besides pepperoni and sausage. As those are my go-to. No complaints on them whatsoever.
This place has been here since I’ve been in high-school over 15 years ago. I’ve had HS classmates who worked here. It’s a staple of Rancho Cordova. I can’t believe I never ordered until recently. I’m glad it’s still here. Give this place a go if you live in the area. I doubt you’ll be disappointed.

Ordered online a week ago, asking in vain for a drawing of a unicorn (something I’ve been doing for years, though no one ever obliges). Picked it up and the girl who brought us the pizza and breadsticks first opened up the box with the breadsticks, presenting them, then opened the box with the pizza and showed us the wonderfully adorable drawing I had been hoping for! The two employees that worked on it even signed it!
On top of that, the food really was delicious (albeit greasy, but it’s not homemade pizza so what do you expect). We tried the Gorgonzola and salami and I was surprised by how much I liked it. I really like that they have nontraditional toppings like that. I only wish I remembered to take a picture before we devoured it. This is definitely the pizza guys I will be going back to.

I ordered 2 large pizzas came for my pick up order but it was not ready yet. I seen there was only one person working. He was cooking, taking orders, answering phones, packing orders and cashier all by himself. As someone who used to work in fast food by myself I understand how hard it could be so I sat down and be patient. There was another woman there I over heard her say how she never experienced this before and how this is the worst place and the worst customer service she ever had. She was yelling at the man and rushing him and I felt so bad. Like come on.. he’s one person and he’s doing the best he can. Even with the woman yelling at him he still continued to give her kindness and respect and apologized multiple times. He even gave her a discount and free soda for the inconvenience. Though I waited longer thank expected it was worth it the pizza was delicious and you can actually taste the love that was put into it!
