The worst service ever and I’m a loyal customer. I go there once to twice a week. I ordered a pizza last week and the guy that answered the phone was brand new. I got my pizza and it had regular pepperoni instead of the crisp pepperoni so I called and let them know that the pizza was wrong. They told me I needed to bring the pizza back. I told him that I have a bad back and that I cannot drive the pizza up there, but I would take a picture and let them see it. I’m there once to twice a week. They literally argued with me on the phone. I heard the guy saying that I was getting upset and talking about me so when he got back to the phone, I told him I could hear everything that he was saying the next time he should put me on hold. I told him that I know he’s brand new and that he needs to listen better when he’s taking orders over the phone didn’t understand what the big deal was to either give me a refund or credit my pizza for next time or give me a discount so fast-forward I order again today and I tried to call over the phone because the manager main manager called and left me a message and said I had a free pizza so I called to do order over the phone and I didn’t have my credit card so I told the lady that I would just do it over the app so when they delivered the pizza, it was supposed to be half crisp pepperoni with stuffed crust and half Hawaiian double cut the pizza comes and it’s a large Hawaiian so I call up there and I talk to the same lady and tell her so I said can this just be my free pizza and you guys can remake the other pizza and have it delivered and she said yes we’ll get it right out to you. I wasn’t rude or anything over the phone so I’m waiting an hour. And I call up to see what’s going on with the pizza and the guy that answers the phone. His name is Hayden. He literally says that I got my pizza arguing with me over the phone. I’m trying to explain to him everything that happened and he still is telling me that I got the right pizza delivered. I told him I think you guys are messing with me. Why would I call up there and let you guys know that you messed up on my pizza why would I do that? I come there once and twice a week I’ve never had this issue before this is the second time he’s literally arguing with me back-and-forth over the phone so I told him I’m literally calling corporate this time and I’m writing a bad review because this is the worst ever never had this any type of service with any other restaurant. Even though the pizza is good, the coupons are great. I will never ever ever go back there again. The service is horrible rude as hell. I wish I could score 0 stars, but it’s making me click on a star

Respectfully, on April 26, 2025, you ran out of lime when I last ordered the street taco pizza, and I had to come back a second time for the cilantro. Could I please have a free item next time? On Monday, April 28, 2025, I expected a bigger cheese cake. I cannot tell if the Pizza, in the lowest photo, is medium or not, it has 8 slices. I left with the cinnamon twists without the cinnamon sugar but returned and they both sprinkled the old one and remade it for me. I would like the surveillance footage of me coming back and getting the remade Cinnamon Twists please.

I have ordered from this location for a long time. Today I had an order for delivery for 12:00pm just a few minutes before I got a notification they had just started cooking it. At 12:17 I started calling and no one picked up until 12:30pm. I spoke to the man who informed me that thy had alot of orders and that it is raining out. Which i totally get but I told him that if it was going to be that late, good customer service would have been to notify me in some way. Then he began to giggle and told me my food was out for delivery and would be there soon. The man on the phone was the worst of the customer service. I absolutely understand under staffing or weather, but to laugh at me on the phone was so unbelievably rude.

I have always loved this place till today. I have always ordered the same pizza and never had an issue till today.
My pizza was raw and the cheese was not even melted. The pizza was cold because it wasn’t even cooked properly. When I called the older gentleman over the phone stated I should of requested a well done pizza to have a properly cooked pizza. When I took the pizza back, he stated it was fine and the pizza sauce can cause it to be that way. I haven’t had pizza from other places be like this. This is frustrating because the pizza was clearly raw and cheese was not melted.
Will never be returning to a pizza guys again.
The pizza that was remade he stated it was well done but it wasn’t. The crust is so light and the center is still doughy.

I’ve only had one issue, a new driver got lost, he found me an hour later, ALL MY PIZZS, PASTA, And salad topping were hot with gooie cheese, salad was proper temp and soda was ice cold 2 liter…. Even though it was technically late, it turned out to be perfectly fine and actually they do have the best pizza around my area. I don’t go to round table because I do not like their sauce. Keep it up. Pizza guys you are doing great.

I SWEAR, I am never disappointed when it comes to Pizza Guys. Their doughy, flavorful, delish pizzas are such high quality that I feel gross eating at any other pizza place.
This branch has such kind and friendly workers that carry on the amazing quality of the chain.

This place is delicious! I like to try the basics when I go to a new pizza place as that tells me a lot.
So for lunch today we had a half cheese & half pepperoni pizza (with a cheese stuffed crust of course) and it couldn’t have been more delicious. I wasn’t even that hungry, but I couldn’t help myself from eating three pieces and I just went back for some more right now – it’s still super tasty, even cold.
The pepperoni was nice and crispy and the ingredients all seemed to be high-quality. I definitely see more Pizza Guys pizzas in my future!

Ordered a small pizza for pick up last night. It’s was ready at the scheduled pickup time good and hot just out of the oven. Nice young gal working there took my payment and gave me the pizza. Pizza tasted great as I drove home while eating a slice. My wife loved the taste when I got home too.
Was a good experience over all. I’ll try to let you know what happens the next time I order from this place.
