Quality & food safety seem to be dropping at this location. I ordered a pizza and it had short, black hairs in it. Employees preparing food are supposed to be in hair nets to prevent this happening. We ended up tossing it and we’re out $30+. So gross.

Horrible!! “Cindy” is rude. My pizza was made with cheese that sat out WAY too long. You can smell and taste it. “Cindy” was very unhelpful and inexperienced. Waste of money and there’s NO MANAGER ON SITE?! Yeah no I hope this place gets closed or a real bad health evaluation.

I arrived 5 min after I received the text that my food was ready. Was told my salad still wasn’t ready so I had to sit and wait for it. By the time I got to the car, the pizza was solid and cold.
Then there’s the “salad”. I paid $9 (plus tax) for a bunch of chopped iceburg lettuce, less than one circle of a red onion, a handful of cheese, MAYBE 1 sliced olive, and about an inch of 1 slice of green onion.
Any big chain restaurant would apologise and offer a refund after putting out a salad like this and I believe that I’m owed one in this situation. (At least for the salad)
Though, the kids were nice when I went in to pick everything up.

Can be hit or miss. Usually its great. Picked up my online order today and pizza was ok. But the cheezy rolls were all raw. It’s usually free 2L drink wys 25 but wasn’t offered the deal.

I’ve been to a lot of pizza guys, all over Sacramento and the Bay Area, and this is the first pizza guys that upon visiting, treated me with the utmost disrespect possible in a given conversation. At approximately 9:30pm I walked into this pizza guys branch today (Thursday) and a younger Caucasian gentlemen by the name of Elliot, completely shut my request for a pizza down, in a rude way too, pizza is one thing but service is another and this pizza guys didn’t meet the mark when it comes to that

Always great pizza. Thought I would pick it up this time in hopes for a quick dinner. Ordered online. Got to the store and the gentleman apologized and said they were extremely backed up and would be another 40 minutes. I politely asked to cancel my order, but only due to time. The staff were hard at work, but still had amazing customer service, despite a difficult customer I was waiting behind who also received much better service than she deserved.
