I ordered a super taco pizza, looked great the only thing I realized is that it is stuffed with lettuce , sour cream and the beef- tiny bits barely visible. I had dissected 2 pizzas to see if it was only the one , but all of them are like that . Its like eating a veggie pizza, I was not impressed. On top of this i called them back to see if possibly I can return it for another one , they only asked me to send a picture and to tell me that there is beef! Well im the one eating it and there is barley beef. They refused to compensate the manager refused to replace or anything at all , not only the customer service was poorly handled..my spouse goes there often and he said that he will no longer order there..there’s other places lots of pizza around .

We’ve been getting pizza from here for some time now. Just ordered it again yesterday Nov 8. But lately the quality and what we ask for is not even adequate. Every single time that I ask for the pizza to be made super spicy with ginger and cilantro and there’s never any of that on it. And I make it crystal clear on every single order. And on top of that the pizza is not crispy and hot when it comes. When we first started getting the pizza it was unbelievable. Recommended it to so many family members and friends but it disappointing. They have like 10 people working there and they still screw up. You have lost my business.

After nearly 2.5 months in Burnaby, I visited Langley and had an amazing pizza day at Pizza Factory. The taste was superb (सुपर से भी ऊपर), and although the pizza seemed a bit red, it wasn’t burnt at all. The corners were also chewy. Above all, the lady at the counter (Ms. Sumanji) was incredibly helpful in suggesting the best items on the menu. I will definitely visit Langley again just to repeat the treat.

We’ve been loyal customers of this Pizza Factory for years, but our recent visit was very different. None of the regular staff were there, and the service lacked the friendliness we’re used to, no eye contact, no smiles, no basic courtesy.
The pizza quality was also noticeably off: thinner crust, fewer toppings, and an overpowering amount of sauce.
I’m not sure if ownership or staffing has changed, but the experience was disappointing compared to the consistently great visits we’ve had in the past.

We order pizza almost every Friday night from here. Sometimes we have guests over and everyone always comments how good the pizza is. They are generous with the toppings and have good prices. The staff are always friendly.

Pizza took almost two hours to arrive and then when we called we were told another 90 minutes!? The driver said he was a couple blocks but still insisted it would take 90 minutes . Then the store called him and magically it was only 15 minutes away…We were quoted one price and then had it raised on us not once but twice . Such a shame, used to love this place but it seems they just don’t care anymore
