Pizza Factory Express – St. George
Just vusited here and wow, what a turnaround! Ever since the new management took over, this place feels like a totally different (and way better) spot. The staff are legitimately some of the friendliest people in town — big smiles, fast service, and they actually seem stoked that you’re there.
The Pizza is hot, fresh, and loaded like it used to be back in the good ol’ days. You can tell the crew takes pride in it now. Huge props to the new team for bringing the vibe back to this St. George classic. We’ll be regulars again! I keep coming back for the Apple Beer (non- alcoholic).
Highly recommend if you’re cruising through the red rock desert and need a solid pie.
The quality of the pizza, breadsticks, and their lunch deals is fantastic and definitely earns five stars. But, the “Express” model means the focus is heavily on quick service and delivery, which comes at the expense of the dining area.
The dine-in setup is often too small, too crowded, and too noisy to be genuinely enjoyable. During peak hours, tables are scarce, and you might find yourself constantly navigating around the queue of people waiting for their pickups. It can turn a simple family dinner into a stressful, cramped experience.
To fully appreciate their delicious, fresh-baked pies, the best strategy is to order ahead for pickup or delivery. This way, you get piping hot pizza and can enjoy it in the comfort of your own space. You’ll avoid the congestion and get straight to the good part: the food!
In short: The pizza is excellent, the dine-in experience is forgettable. Stick to takeout orders only and you won’t be disappointed.
Will visit again the next time I’m in town.
Wow I ordered a meat calzone and it came out burnt. What’s going on at this place no manager on duty??? Not sure
They can get larger weight pretty quickly. And they don’t have much room for seating, but they are so quick and always so wonderful.
We can almost never come to Saint George without going to their location.
I would say it is better than the others. Especially their bread sticks.
