Just vusited here and wow, what a turnaround! Ever since the new management took over, this place feels like a totally different (and way better) spot. The staff are legitimately some of the friendliest people in town — big smiles, fast service, and they actually seem stoked that you’re there.
The Pizza is hot, fresh, and loaded like it used to be back in the good ol’ days. You can tell the crew takes pride in it now. Huge props to the new team for bringing the vibe back to this St. George classic. We’ll be regulars again! I keep coming back for the Apple Beer (non- alcoholic).
Highly recommend if you’re cruising through the red rock desert and need a solid pie.

I came in and when I ordered to go, I want to say the owner greeted me by my name (since I gave my name for my order) and asked if I had ever tried the cinnamon twists and asked if I wanted to try one then proceeded to give me one and the dipping cream for free! I’m a nursing student and had a long day at clincials and just that simple gesture was so kind and really stood out to me. By the way. The breadsticks savory and sweet are THE BEST!! Will be coming here to eat more (:

The service and food are delicious and the bread stick was to die for everyone from the order taker to the GM were fantastic but you also have to try the cinnamon breadstick that is in a world of its own

Pizza and breadsticks are great and recommended. I tried the pepperoni and the garlic bacon ranch specialty pizza, both were great and made with quality ingredients. The breadstick was great, would absolutely get again. The garlic bread with cheese was not worth it. I wish I got breadsticks instead.

Greeted at the counter and order was prompt. We come hear for the salad bar and breadsticks (yum) disappointed by the lack of salad bar condiments empty as this is usually top priority. Mildly disappointed in this shop. Need to only go to the one in down town at George from now on.

We used The Pizza Factory Express as a caterer for a retreat in St. George. They were awesome to work with and the food was amazing! All the attendees loved the different options of pizza, pasta and salad and of course the bread sticks are always a huge hit! I would definitely use them again in a heart beat!

Pricy, food just okay, Service was sub standard. Not busy, but had to ask for napkins, parmesian cheese. Spaghetti good, cheesy pesto good but meatballs taste like frozen reheat, bread twists good. We ordered @ 4pm, and items came out 1 at a time. Breadsticks after main dish, with a fork stuck in plate of pasta. No napkins, red peppers or parmesian cheese to top. SMH! Floor dirty, Service unattentive, needs training on customer service. Fast food pizza joint at best. Will not return and can’t recommend.

They can get larger weight pretty quickly. And they don’t have much room for seating, but they are so quick and always so wonderful.
We can almost never come to Saint George without going to their location.
