The delivery was on time and the order was perfect and everyone loved the pizza and twisted sticks. When you order pizza for a special event, it has better be good and Pizza Factory did not disappoint!
I brought a thank you card in and got to meet the owner as well and was even more impressed how humble he was and grateful that I trusted them for my event.
Will recommend and return my business to them for years.
Soda machine had no ice. According to the girl, they simply hadn’t felt like filling it. Fountain soda w no ice is kind of a bummer.
Then i went for the salad bar. It was very neglected. Many of the toppings containers were empty, including CROUTONS. No croutons on a salad bar should constitute a healthy code violation or something lol. Most of the veggies were a little chewy rather than crunchy .
The pizza was pretty standard pizzaria pizza. Not bad. They only had one pizza out on the buffet though. when the lunch rush showed up and went for the buffet, they all had to fight over one piece of pizza, some bread sticks, and some dessert pizza. Some of them looked like fire fighters too. Those guys usually don’t eat lightly and sometimes they don’t have a lot of time for lunch.
Overall, it wasn’t gross or a terrible experience but was definitely disappointing.
The place was clean and my Dad said that the sauce on their pizzas was phenomenal.
Another set of wings was asked about after a 70 minute wait, it was started finally then served with the wrong sauce.
We were apparently delivered another tables parmesan bread then essentially blamed for her error. Bread delivered without marinara sauce.
My husband started paying more attention to the staff behind the counter and observed the bald male grabbing the ready to eat chicken with his bare hands to put into the bowl for saucing. Seeing as this is a health code violation, I’ll be making a separate report about that.
Another patron in our group had ordered a batch of buffalo wings, hers came out completely un-sauced.
Wing orders came out without dipping sauce and we had to ask specifically for them.
Two pitchers of IPA ordered, a younger male, believe he had a ponytail, brought them out half full with several inches of foam. When we informed him that needed to be corrected, his response was “this is only my second time serving alcohol, so…” we had to tell him he needed to pour off the foam and actually fill the pitchers with the beer that was paid for.”
The Coors was essentially flat.
With the beer, there weren’t enough glasses apparently, so one of the employees had to wash one up for someone in our group and it was delivered covered in fingerprints – clearly not clean.
Female was observed to get her hands dirty, soiled, or contaminated with something, went to the sink and quickly wet her hands, but did not wash with soap, then went back to handling food.
When we did receive our pizzas, they were poorly cut, meaning not all the way through the crust so we had to physically tear pieces apart in order to serve and eat which resulted in ripped pieces, toppings falling off and over handling of food from a variety of people in our group.
Pizzas came out without the spatula to help cut and serve.
My group had to ask for plates, only 3 were delivered for a table of 10 people. Had to ask again and they finally delivered some paper plates.
What’s worse, is that every time we needed to ask about our orders or a product we should have gotten in the first place, we were treated with irritability and frustration from the employees, as if WE were the ones in the wrong or doing something mean to them. It was unreal.
The only positive to this experience was that the pizza wasn’t undercooked and raw in the middle like our experience earlier this year.
For what was supposed to be an enjoyable evening with family for a birthday party resulted in our entire party leaving truly mad and never wanting to go back – my husband and I hadn’t been back since our terrible February experience, only went this time as it was chosen by the birthday girl not realizing it would be a horrible experience. Our large family used to frequent the pizza factory and always brought several hundred dollars to the business each time – unless something changes, we will NEVER be back or support this business going forward.
THE ROOF NINJA & THE PINE NEEDLE WARRIOR APPROVED!
Stopped into Pizza Factory – Medical Lake for lunch, and wow — this spot hit harder than a roof blow-off after a storm!
We didn’t even get pizza this round (yeah, shocking ) — went straight for spaghetti and the best mozzarella sticks we’ve ever had. Crispy outside, cheesy heaven inside — The Pine Needle Warrior was speechless… and that never happens. ♀️
Food: unreal.
Service: fast & friendly.
Atmosphere: small-town perfection with real Medical Lake warmth.
It’s got that cozy, local feel where everyone’s smiling and you actually want to stay a while. We left full, happy, and already talking about round two.
From THE ROOF NINJA and Kc, THE PINE NEEDLE WARRIOR ♀️ — trust us, these folks nailed it.
WE FLAT LINE THE GUNK! ❤️ …but today, we flat-lined those mozzarella sticks.
I requested the pepperonis be in the shape of a heart on the pizza, but they went a step further and made the pizza into a heart shape. There was an additional bonus they threw in, which made my wife and kids happier. They liked the cheese flat breadsticks, twisted breadsticks, and pizza… I was jealous I couldn’t partake but the pictures looked good. Thank you pizza factory!
