First time here. Showed up 35 minutes after opening and no pizza out for the all you can eat pizza, salad and beverage. I waited another 15 minutes minutes went up and asked again for the pizza. In over an hour they brought out 3 pizzas for 30 people that were always waiting for them to bring out more pizza. So the all you can eat did not start at 11 it started at 12 and be ready to continuously wait for pizza. Not worth the wait time.

Stopped in for a quick afternoon bite while traveling from Medford to Port Angeles and it was great! Split a lasagna with Katy and the tomato sauce was awesome! So we were wanting to try this place and we did. Stop in last night while we were walking the pup. We got a order of garlic Cheese bread. This came out different then expected but was still tasty. Just wish it would have come with some Mariana sauce for dipping. We also got a Greek salad which was nice and then a Hawaiian Pizza. The pizza had a great crust and the ingredients seemed nice and fresh. Just wish there was a little more sauce on the pizza . Now this place has just opened so we know it is going to be great. The staff was friendly and you can dine in or take out here. They are all still finding there way it seems but we think this place will be a nice addition to the area

This place is a very good place to eat for lunch or dinner but I went with my family for lunch here. My personal favorite combo was the bread sticks and BBQ Chicken Pizza. They have the regular soda brands everybody likes. My only problem here though is that they brang their kids to work and made for a very loud environment while eating.

Opening day at the Pizza Factory. My family and I were greeted with friendly faces. We played it safe with some twist bread and a pepperoni sausage pizza and few drinks. A few hiccups at the register, but it was all good and fun. The front end are very nice!! The place has lots of room and seats for dining in. The garlic twist bread was delicious, gonna try it with cheese next time. The pizza was good, could have been better though. So the toppings and sauce was great and the texture of the crust was spot on. The only issue is the crust was bland, which was sad because everything else was perfect. I will be going back though.

Salad bar is clean and full every time we have gone in. Garlic bread is perfectly toated! The pizza had a really good sauce. Ordered an all meat and it was PILED with meats! Overall great place.

I’ve been to this place a handful of times and it’s been a complete hit or miss. The staff is always friendly. The food has been very inconsistent. When I got the calzone, the majority of the dough was completely raw. When I picked up a to go order, it wasn’t under a heat lamp or anywhere keeping it warm, it was sitting on the counter in the cold dining area and wasn’t even remotely warm when I got it home. Toppings are good, but dough is very bland. We have asked them to put garlic butter on, which helps. However sometimes they say they don’t do that.
