The previous two times before this most recent time that we have been here we have had bad service, inclusive of food running out of the buffet options and the employees disregarding a request to make more. So this most recent time we told the owner. He was very apologetic and professional, but it didn’t stop there.
He was on top of it all. He made fresh bread sticks instantly that were so delicious. He made another pizza just so that we would have a fresh one. He was super awesome.
The employees on staff that night were great as well.
The food here is delicious and I highly recommend the breadsticks. They also have a salad bar. The restaurant itself was clean and welcoming. Wide open design so you don’t feel like you’re sitting next to Everyone when you eat; you have some room to breathe. Also here is an arcade area and two TVs in different corners.
All in all I love this place, you can’t go wrong eating here.

My family and I had dinner here last night and it was great! The marinara on the pizza was amazing. And the twisted breadsticks were the best! Prices are a little higher than your average pizza joint, but I guess you’re paying for the quality. I’d say it’s worth it.

I found myself in the parking lot and was headed to an entirely different restaurant for lunch truthfully, but was caught by their Pizza Factory Lunch Buffet sign hanging out front. The place is unassuming in a strip mall, but for $10 for lunch I was thoroughly pleased. Everything is fresh and clean, the staff was friendly and quick to help with a simple request at an extra dish for dipping sauce. They had four pizza options, the breadsticks were fantastic and they just brought out fresh dessert I will get to in a few moments. The salad bar is basic but has all the right fresh ingredients to make a delicious and healthy side salad. I will happily return and bring my boys next time!

The best pizza in Kingston. I didn’t try it for years because of the name…anything with “factory” in the title doesn’t conjure up the notion of good food. Their pizza, however, is pretty good, a cut above the other places in the area. It’s not always consistent, since the employees are rather young and the turnover is high.

Very happy with the pizza and service. The crust and toppings were fresh and delicious. The manager or owner was super friendly and gave us a free sample of the breadsticks. Will definitely be back.

The pizza here is great. I gave it 2 stars because we ordered breadsticks and when we got them they hadn’t been cooked all the way through and the middle was still doughy. When we told the employee she apologized and made a second batch of breadsticks for us and we just took them to go. Once we got home and decided to eat the leftovers we came to realize that the second batch of breadsticks was also not cooked all the way through. It was pretty frustrating.

My dough was raw pepperoni was soggy not crispy. They got my pizza wrong. The spaghetti and meatballs were good! They need to work on customer service. The salad in the salad bar was fresh!

Lunch buffet was one pizza for five men. Buffet was not ready nor salad bar which is a joke in itself. Next I tried calling in my own pizza but 45 minutes later it still wasn’t ready and staff was arguing about placement in salad bar buckets. Last time for me!

Stopped here with my husband on our way to Port Angelas. We opted to order instead of buffet so i cant comment on how that is. I ordered the garlic sure dried tomatoe pizza and added chicken. It was super cheesy and delicious. My husband ordered a calzone even the personal size one was giant. Would come back again.

I love pizza factory it is my absolute favorite pizza place. I drive from Bremerton just to get it. The service is always great, they are always friendly and quick.
