I recently placed a take out order. It was the worst tasting pizza. I also ordered garlic bread. There was very little butter and it had no garlic that could be tasted. It all cost me around 40 dollars. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was horrible. I will definitely not be going back. I’ve had better frozen pizza. Not recommended.

Quiet atmosphere, everyone is home watching Seahawks, but clean and pleasant. Gal working had her work cut out for her. Obviously busy, but handled it with grace. I had called in my order for pickup. She estimated 30 min. She was on point. Was just about done when I arrived. Game days for pizza spots are always gonna have longer waits, and more stressed out staff. But she was awesome even under pressure. Didn’t get her name, but she killed it. Pizza was hot and delicious! Thank you gal!

(My main issue with them over the past few years is that the pizza often arrives undercooked).
HOWEVER, they already have the best pizza sauce, and the best pretzel dough pizza crust, along with their very high quality toppings, and plenty of them on your pizza, (as opposed to other pizza places that barely put any toppings on).
Arlington loves our Pizza Factory and we only want them to continue succeeding in making incredible pizzas..!!

The place was empty and every single table was covered in the previous customers garbage from their meal. The employees were too busy to clean off a table for me and my wife to sit and look at the menu.
So we asked for the table spray and a rag and cleaned off the trash and wiped off the table.
My wife decided to help out and started to clean off every table with my help.
It was just awkward to not receive any thank yous from the employees. They wouldn’t give us the wifi password and they wanted us to stop pan handling out in front of their establishment.
They told us we took too long while using h
Their restroom to smoke in.
This place was too awkward…
Definitely going to have lunch here again soon.

Ordered through Doordash, I got Spaghetti with meatballs which came with a big garlic bread. It was really good, the pasta wasn’t overcooked and the meatball was delicious. I think there were 3 that were cut in halves. I enjoyed the dish a lot.
I also got a pepperoni (combo) Calzone. It was huge and really good too. Their portions are really worth the price, I’d definitely order from them again in the future.

I will say that the pizza is not terrible but, not great either but sort of reminds of Domino’s but, slightly better and , the wings are pretty good. I am originally from the East Coast and used to jersey shore style pizza. So honestly, nothing has really matched what I’ve gotten from back east since I moved out west. I really do like their wings, though, they are good and meaty with a lot of sauce. However, service wise they, are consistently late on deliveries. This is now the second time that, I have ordered delivery from the Arlington location, and it has been over 10 minutes late. I call and, all I get is there on their way. As a small business, they should do better by their customers. Simple things like having a delivery order being delivered on time, and if the time given is not realistic, send an email or give a phone call to the number listed to let them know that they are super busy and it potentially could be later. If they want to contend with places like Domino’s or Pizza Hut, or any other place that delivers then, they need to have better customer service themselves. I have yet to eat in person at the location, but, their reputation so far for delivery absolutely sucks. The other thing that I noticed, is that they only respond to good reviews, and don’t respond to bad reviews. So, I am not expecting any sort of feedback from pizza factory because they’re too afraid to comment on a poor reviews to fix what lags in their service to make them better as a franchise owner.
