I hate to have to do this, but my opinion of this place has unfortunately changed. I ordered the PepDuo and an Awesome Combo. Instead I got bread sticks and a regular pepperoni pizza. I also ordered the Antipasto Salad but got some chicken salad with raw or undercooked chicken in it. I’ll cook it and eat it, and the food was hot and delivery was quick, but this store has gone down the toilet. Hire some sober people that can follow basic instructions please, and then I will re-view my review. What a discouraging waste of money!
For the record, the store DID replace the breadsticks when I called and complained, and it was delivered promptly by an AMAZING delivery driver. (I wanted to tip him for the return trip! But I didn’t have any cash on hand.) I know that if I called again right now to have the salad replaced they would replace that too- but I’m not trying to feel like the jerk customer that complains about everything. I’ll just be stuck with what I got, but I will not be visiting this store any more. Janesville on the other hand is awesome.
Bottom Line: Food is great, except for what feels like undercooked chicken on the salad. Food was hot, and delivery was fast. Store did not deliver the correct order, and it felt like instead I got a bunch of leftovers. Only one item was correct. DO NOT TRUST DELIVERY SERVICE. Go in person to verify your food order is correct BEFORE leaving!

We stop here after long hours of driving. We were hungry, and pizza came out hot and good. We ordered a medium (12″) Factory special and 10 bones in pieces of chicken wings 2 small drinks. Came out to be $49. Not Sure, why was it so expensive? Maybe because it was on Main Street.. there was not much customer service. We had to stay up front to be noticed to order. Once pizza was brought to the table. The server did not say a word.

A fellow pipeline technician told me about this place and said it was one of the best pizzas he’s ever had… so I had to try it out. He did not lie. I got the mini meatlovers with a side salad bar and they loaded that mini with meat… just as it said… meat lovers! The young gal at the register was friendly and helpful with a smile. Owner brought out my pizza and was really polite and hospitable. This place is on time and great quality of the meats and dough. If your passing through and want a good bite then this is the place to stop. Wish I would have taken Pic of salad and pizza before I thought about it… lol

I haven’t visited this particular establishment in nearly 2 years. My wife and I were in town and I was so excited to show her the Pizza Factory that I always bragged about. Unfortunately, the pizza on the pizza bar was barely warm and definitely not fresh. I figured, oh well, that I would have some extra salad….well only customers are allowed 1 salad bar visit. The iced tea was really good! The staff was friendly as well. Sorry, won’t be back anytime soon to hopefully give a better review.

Pizza was delicious!! the “Star” rating isn’t for the pizza at all it goes to the service provided by the staff. Let me clarify that it goes to one particular person behind register who is forbidden to smile in life. The man behind the counter had the flattest affect and no matter the customers it didn’t change. I get we all have our days but come on! I can continue on but it’s absolutely pointless.

Ordered a speciality salad and the workers went out to the salad bar made our salad and snuck it back into the kitchen. Salad bar had been sitting out all day. Bad service. Dirty tables. Ok food.

Good pizzas and calzones! Only complaints were the calzone being greasy and the pizza cheese was so stringy that it pulled the ingredients off the slice. Excellent service!
