The establishment leaves a lot to be desired. The pizzas however are delicious and I loved the crunchy texture. However, I don’t see the point of having both a large and extra large as the extra large only costs $2 more, and staff will convince you to get the extra large. There’s really no insensitive to order a large over an extra large. They should just make the extra large, the large.
Also, what’s with the paper plates? That’s just cheap and cutting corners. They can’t afford to hire a dishwasher?

Pizza Factory, Aug. 24, 2023 Me & my daughter & my granddaughter was passing through & we decided to stop by because my daughter she is a truck driver & had always seen the sign on the highway & we really did enjoy the small town atmosphere & your Pizza Factory! The pizza was delicious & the hot wings also plus the sandwich that I got was so yummy! Thank You & ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐’s & a Great Job!

Cute little place. Restrooms and game room are upstairs. Our boneless wings should’ve been cooked longer. The pizza didn’t taste close to the location we normally go to in Pollock Pines. The employee at the front desk was sweet and friendly. Overall I had a good experience at the store but the food wasn’t as good.

Phenomenal place! There was 5 of us (all adults). Great atmosphere, clean restaurant and restrooms, arcade, TV playing sports, downtown, and tons of options. Including a salad bar. The food was extremely fresh, hot, served fast, and tastes great! The staff were nice people. Friendly too. All the customers were inviting too, which was awesome. Talked to us about their city, it’s history, asked about where we are from. We were nervous based on the reviews, but wanted to try something local. The bad reviews are beyond wrong and it’s rather annoying. The arcade is nostalgic as all get out. Haha.
Wonderful place over all. I hope you’re hungry, the food is abundant!
If we ever visit California again. We will absolutely be coming all the way back up here again. Just for the people, views, and food.

A pathetic excuse for Vegan food. Dry, horrendous pizza with no sauce. We asked for extra spinach and it didn’t show up. Only 10 spinach leaves on the entire pizza. Staff unfamiliar with the product offerings. Not worth the money spent. Should have asked for a refund.

Solid 4 star dining experience. The pizza was good. Well cooked, not wet. Teeny tiny little one trip salad bar was also pretty good. Service was friendly and reasonably fast. Quick and convenient parking curbside right outside the door. Not much going on in a little dunsmere at 6:00 p.m. on a sunday. Happy to find the restaurant open.

I came in for a salad and calzone, love the food love and atmosphere. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The sitting area are benches so I ordered my food to go but I’m not gonna knock a star for that as it’s a preference vs anything bad…. I did like that the Pizza Factory is a bully free zone. As it’s always a concern when eating in a small town.

This place offers the only “public restroom” in town. They have a game room upstairs. Nice salad bar, it’s very clean.

Loved it. We had 2x Turkey and Chicken sandwiches. They were delicious. Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean. Bathrooms clean too.
