Best pizza I have had in a long time! Took a while to get it as we were a big party but well worth the wait. I know Pizza factory is a chain and there used to be one in lone pine on highway 395 when we would head up toward Mammoth lakes. Been quite a few years since I’ve been there, but the pizza is just as good as remembered!

The pizza tastes & smells so nice. One of best freshly baked pizza I have had. We both were vegetarian and ordered the veggie pizza with some garlic bread. We ordered delivery from here while staying at a nearby RV park. We ordered a calzone, a pizza and some Cinna-Sticks for dessert. Everything was hot and fresh and tasted very good. The dough on each of our items was very good and tasted extremely fresh. I loved the “choose your own fillings” option for the calzone and their marinara sauce was a great bonus for dipping. The pizza was loaded with toppings and baked just right. We would definitely order from here again.

Recently took our scout troop to Crater Lake NP for their Summer Camp. We had a one night stay at Shasta Lake before finishing the drive. It was getting late so, at a gas stop I happened to find Pizza Factory, placed an order online and then called them to let them know we were a group of 23 planning to dine in.
They thanked us for the heads up and said our food would be ready when we go there.
Arrived, got the kids seated, ordered drinks and within a couple of minutes the pizzas came out.
Now, I am not a huge pizza fan but let me tell you, this was some really, really good pizza!
Thank you Pizza Factory for not only accommodating us with a smile but providing us with a very tasty dinner after a long day of travel.

I made an online order (06/28/25 Delivered after 1900). It arrived on time, the delivery driver was a total sweet heart. I asked her if she had any crushed red pepper, and parmesan cheese which she said she didn’t, and offered to go back and get some which I declined, then even explained to me how to make sure I would get it on my next online order. Offering to go back and get some was definitely awesome customer service! Thank you for the awesome experience!

Pathetic and embarrassing. You guys pretty much made me a bread sandwich for 12 bucks. And it took 20 minutes to make lol. I could have gone to Farmers and got a heartier turkey sandwich, and it’s a grocery store. The sad part is I shouldn’t have to. I’ll be adding my own cheese, meat, dressing, and topping so I can choke this abomination down and won’t be returning here anytime soon. Whoever made this should humbly walk into the managers office lay your work shirts, name tag and keys if you’re a key holder on the managers desk and say I’m not cut out for the sandwich making business and walk out the door. Tuck your tail in shame and never look back. I don’t know if there’s an easier job out there, but it would behoove you to start looking. ♂️
