I got the All Meat pizza. The sauce was fabulous, the best I’ve ever had. The Greek salad was good too. I felt it was a little over priced at 11.95. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. There are TVs placed around the restaurant for easy viewing. There are coloring books and crayons for the kids. My husband enjoyed them too 🙂
Beer on tap and a small salad bar is also available. The staff was friendly and working hard to get everyone’s order completed.

I got a pizza for the first time after a long time. I used the on the side option for my mozzarella. However, when I got the pizza it had cheese on it and no sauce on the pizza. With the order I specifically checked the order and there had been no modifications to the sauce. I have no idea how they’re able to consistently get my order wrong when it clearly states it on the order tag. I wasn’t impressed with this place before and even less now. With these prices it’s not worth it. I will not be coming back.
Also, why is it not possible to substitute a topping? Like if you get rid of one topping but want to get another they still charge you? Makes no sense.

We ordered and created our pizza. The completed pizza lacked mushrooms, which was one of the five toppings we asked for. They removed the fee for the absent mushrooms….of course. What should have happened is compensate your customer for providing a pizza that was not to order. A 5 or 10 dollar off coupon, something. Basic customer service to right the wrong.

Ordered a large half pepperoni on white sauce, and a half combination on red. The pizza was made as asked, and the toppings were fresh and in abundance. Most notably the dough was very tasty and fresh. Upon entering the restaurant, the place is clean and has a cheerful ambiance. The customer service was genuine and personable. I will definitely be back!

Great place to take the family out for lunch! The people who work here are fantastic and friendly there is a man i assume is the owner who walked up to my wife and I with our 2 kids asked if they could have a cookie and gave them each one! The salad bar was fresh and clean and the pizza is delicious with quality ingredients you can taste! We will definitely be back.

I keep forgetting to try this Pizza Factory, but today was the day, and it was the yummiest!! I’m so picky about my pizza but I love the other Pizza factories I have tried, this one may even be better. Stopped in for a to go combo, ended up staying and having a 530 and a couple of slices out of the box.

Went to visit family and we ate dinner here. The pizza was fab and the owner came out to greet us and ensure we had what we need. Can’t get better than that at a restaurant.

The lunch buffet is amazingly priced at $14.95, goes from 11-2. You get salad, pizza, cheese sticks, potato wedges, and small salads from the salad bar. The owner Barry was so kind and friendly to our kids. My toddlers were loud and rowdy, but he greeted us with a warm smile and personally handed the cookies we ordered to our little ones. My favorite menu item is easily the Mac and cheese. It was so rich and creamy, and my kids devoured it! The place was very clean and all the staff members were polite. We’ll definitely be coming back!
