I like everything about this place. Tasty pizza, salad bar and a full selection of kids and adult beverages. All in the heart of Winters!! Pleasant, spacious dining area, restrooms easy to find and, the tables and seats are comfortable with tall tables along the old brick walls. Plenty of tv’s to catch a game. The buffet price was very reasonable at $12.95 for all you can eat pizza and salad. Simply good value for your hard earned dollar.

I grew up on Pizza Factory in Rio Vista, CA. I have been to a few different ones. I live closest to the Winter’s location now. Idk if it’s just me, but the pizza sauce doesn’t taste the same anymore. They are very nice though.
My favorite PF location is the one in Walnut Grove, CA the taste is OG, and it’s cheaper. They have different family meal deals to choose from.

I purchase a lot of meals for my office, when TJ from Pizza Factory delivered this meal I was impressed by the presentation / Ambiance of everything. The food looked and tasted great. Look at the cookies! I was so delighted how round & thick they were. Even down to the packets of peppers and cheese they had them sorted and put into ziplock baggies. I did not have to think of anything, they had everything I needed. Everyone enjoyed the food and the variety they offer. I will be using them again, top notch food and service they provide

I called in an order and wasn’t disappointed.
Upon entering a shiny and clean restaurant I was pleasantly created by a member of the staff. I grabbed my large, thin crust pepperoni without double checking it, along with a couple packs of chili flakes and split. Once I got home and opened the box, I was hella surprised. So many pepperoni and just the right crust. Was a touch on the wet/oily side but that’s due to the pepperoni. And it wasn’t enough for me to dab up. I’ll certainly be back, but hopefully not as hungry, as I smashed the entire pizza in one sitting.
Certainly worth going back.

My wife & I absolutely love this place. We think it has the best pizza around by a longshot. Yosemite, San Jose, Winters. All locations we have been to taste exactly the same. This one in Winters is our go to!

Jan 2025 – Family bought home in Winters. On a visit to them, we wanted a Sat night bite and chose The Pizza Factory. I’m not a big pizza fan but my Air Force son is and we wanted to check it out. Compared to the big chain Round Table, this local franchise is much better in price, ambiance, and service and located in quaint old town Winters. The special sandie was brisket, good but not as great as the meatball sandwich. Senior mom had baked spaghetti, delicious sauce, not too piquant, fab garlic bread hunk on the side, tasted like homemade. I chose the Mini size Factory Special pizza and loved it. Soft, pillowy end crust, baked through but not overly crisp. Meaty with fresh veg and not greasy at all. Salad bar was fresh and generous. Clean, family shop and obviously popular by the brisk deliveries going out and customer pick ups. Definitely want to try the calzone and another pizza pie flavor. I don’t normally choose pizza for a meal but glad to stop in again when visiting family. Good bang for less buck. Servers/owners super friendly. Coupons available AND military discount too which is great for my Air Force family. We left full and happy!

The owners here are really working to have satisfied customers. They care for the customers, and you can tell by my pic, the Pizza is good. Their lunch special cannot be beat, be sure to ask about the specials they have going. Sometimes there is Karaoke and a regular dose of video games. Clean and Friendly, good place for a team dinner after a game.
