Let me tell you about my experience here in Merced with the pizza factory with Ms jade !!!! This woman is a game changer for my kids and wonderful at always taking our orders this is our pizza spot .. and it will never change I love when I come in and jade is working because she always helps us and always with a smile and a joke for my kids !!! I would highly recommend her for employee of the month . My kids know her voice when we call in an order lol we love her at pizza factory and we love the WHOLE TEAM AT PIZZA FACTORY IN MERCED !!! Shout out to you workers best pizza I’ve had even my mom says so and she don’t ever eat pizza cause it gives her heart burn and this pizza doesn’t !!!! You guys have made pizza factory our home !!! ♥️♥️

Ordered online, walked it at pick up time it wasn’t ready. Waited another 10 ish minutes got to my car to check the food they gave me someone’s old pizza in the back that’s was partially eaten. The breadsticks weren’t cooked fully and still doughy. I hate giving bad reviews but this was just nasty and extremely unsanitary… Would have had a little bit of consideration for them had they been busy but they were not. Money was refunded and they remade my order correctly. Last time going here.

I’ve gone in a few times for the buffet & each time disappointed. If they don’t get enough people in they don’t make anything. I understand wanting to save money & not waste but what’s the point if I’m going to pay upwards to 15$ for poor selection of pizza, salad bar that is old & not refilled. Food that’s barely being put out at 12:30. The quality is just not worth eating there, do not recommend.

Very good food. Happy our is single size pepperoni or cheese $5. All you can eat salad bar is so yummy. Lots of TV’s for games and sports. Private room available. Nice arcade for the kids. Clean and modern. Nice setup and great service.

We recently moved to Merced from Colorado we at at Pzza factory last night and I have to say IT WAS THE BEST PIZZA WE HAVE EVER HAD!! it literally was incredible!! And the girl that was working had the sweetest most sunny bright personality! For sure found out new ONLY pizza place!! Thanks for the great food and wonderful service!!

They will count money at the cash register and head straight to the back to start making pizzas without washing there hand’s.. Money is one of the most if not the most dirtiest things in the world you will think they know that being in the food industry . I will be submitting the videos and pictures the the health department.. you have a sink use it after you count the money or wear gloves

Friendly staff the dining area was spacious and clean. A little over priced in my opinion and I didn’t care for their pizza sauce to much it wasn’t terrible through. That’s just personal preference though.
