I ordered pineapple on my small size but they did not put it. Also they put yellow peppers instead of BELL PEPPERS. Since when were yellow and bell peppers the same? 1000/10 do not recommend and if you order from her make sure they known the difference between a bell and yellow pepper

If I’m utterly disappointed I pull no punches, I’ve spent a lot of time eating out due to a busy schedule. Now that I have more time on my hands I hardly ever eat out,go figure. Let me start off by saying that the staff working tonight were polite, welcoming and they were working hard. It’s good to see young people taking their job seriously. I’m very picky about pizza I don’t like my crust too crispy so I asked for my pizza to be taken out 1 to 2 minutes early and the crust was to my liking. I got no attitude and no funny looks. Professionalism and exceptional customer service at it’s finest.
Here’s my problem with chain restaurants, they are too routine, the dough was missing a pinch of sugar and maybe some garlic and onion powder. I’m sure that’s for a reason ( allergies ) the veggie toppings were fresh and that’s a good thing! Salad bar fresh! Let’s talk about the cheese.. with the dough/ crust being slightly underwhelming don’t skimp on the cheese please! here’s where I emphasize quality.. add a bit more cheese
The sauce: I didn’t leave with excruciating acid reflux. Points there!
Beer selection: my advice, you have 4 taps, one domestic, one import ,2 craft. The blood orange you had on tap is a good choice that pairs well with pizza. 805 is not craft.. rotate that swill

In closing, I saw a lot of to go sandwich orders, I gotta try them! This was my first time at pizza factory and I was not disappointed. Extra gold star for the crew you had today around 4pm.

The pizza is really good. A good balance, not too greasy. As a frequent longtime customer the service is almost always great. I enjoy the friendly laid back interior and outdoor set up. I am also a fan of the cheese bread and Alfredo pasta.

Came to enjoy dinner here and spent $80 dollars. We waited an hour for two burnt pizzas to be served to us. Nice and quiet until the crying kids ruined it. Ok service, better food. Will definitely be back again though. Kids nowadays don’t have any custom service. Way better than the one in the North Fork area. That one is trash! We’ll be back.

Really neat spot. We were just passing through on a road trip and everyone was so welcoming. I got a toasted “submarine” sub and my husband got the “redcat” pizza, both were delicious. Arcade games and the jukebox are a nice touch plus the business is obviously very involved in the local community. We ate so quickly I was only able to take pictures half way through.

my family wanted to try something new so we decided to try The Pizza Factory here in Fowler since reviews seemed good. I haven’t even tried the food yet but after having worked in food services I know how to deal with people. I can’t believe the attitude & sour faces I got from the girl behind the counter after telling her the kid on the phone told me a different price after specifically asking about my complete order over the phone, even worse after telling her employees should double check things before telling customers. Clearly customers aren’t always right @ pizza factory! Hope the pizza can make up for the bad service!!
Update the pizza was horrible super greasy & chewey the crust was hard on bottom but not even cooked all the way through will never be back ridiculously overpriced & definitely not worth it!!
