Normally they get mu wife’s order right but tonight the order got messed up. We did an online order under Margaret and the small pizza was supposed to be Sausage and pineapple not just cheese. Next time we will double check our order before leaving the store. Not a very happy customer tonight

Seen a couple other reviews that were less than stellar but I had a good experience. Was there on Saturday afternoon between waves of locals. The lady working was nice enough. Made my pizza the way I ordered it. Said Thanks for my business when she brought it to the table. Restaurant is on the other side of the highway from Pilot Truckstop. Definitely worth the time to walk over there. Dont know when I’ll be back up there but I will come back…

I went to Pizza Factory last night, and honestly, it was a letdown. The pizza was okay, nothing special, but the customer service was pretty bad. The person at the counter seemed annoyed to be there, didn’t make eye contact, and got my order wrong. When I pointed it out, they acted like it was my fault. Didn’t even get an apology. Just a really uncomfortable experience. I probably won’t go back.

This place is a gem! Our pizza was generously topped with fresh veggies, and the crust was truly outstanding. The restaurant is very straight-forward and no-frills, but has everything you need: counter service, plenty of tables, pinball and other games. The service was friendly, and the pizza came out quickly. All in all, an excellent place in an out of the way spot, right off the interstate. Don’t be fooled by the low-key exterior, you’ll be sorry you missed it.

I ordered from June 21, and it was a complete disaster. The pizza arrived an hour late, and when it finally got here, it was cold and soggy. I asked the delivery driver why it took so long and she answered so rudely. They didn’t offer a refund or even an apology, just made excuses about being busy. Honestly, if you can’t handle deliveries, don’t offer them. I ended up throwing half the pizza away. Waste of money and a huge disappointment.
