Ordered online for delivery. Took 2 hrs. Pizzas were left outside w/o ringing the doorbell or even knocking. So on a cold, wet, rainy night our food was just left by the door w/o notification. We made it clear we were going to give a cash tip on delivery- very surprised there was no knock for collection and our food was silently left. Cold pizza wasnt the deal breaker though- it was still good; my sandwich w/ an insulting amount of a few slices of salami & a lil bit of lettus & paper thin tomatoes slathered in mustard. It was basically all bread. I get it gets busy & food industry workers rush to accommodate the pace of demands, but between an incredibly ridiculous “sandwich” and a delivery driver who didnt even knock- there was no care whatsoever towards serving customers spending a LOT of money on their food. It was such a huge disappointment when we were so excited for one of the better named pizza joints in Carson. We’ll stick w/ the pizza joint in Dayton. They NEVER disappoint.

The service was terrible. The lady who took our order was extremely rude. After an hour and a half waiting for our food, the manager refunded us. fSeveral people that ordered after us received their food, our was never made. The beer and soda was flat. Didn’t have half the drinks on the sign. The bathroom is disgusting, the restaurant was filthy. They had a show on the tv was Law and Order, talking about sex and rape. This is supposed to be family friendly. I would give it a negative rating if I could. The only good thing I can say is the manager was nice after the fact.

The Staff was very friendly and attentive. Manager was super friendly and attentive. The pizza was amazing. We always get sausage, mushrooms and onions with white sauce. They do this pizza the best!

I’ve been ordering from this location for years, delivered. I happen to go in this time for pickup and right away noticed they had gone from an A rating to a B rating. My order wasn’t ready so I sat and watched. No one was wearing gloves. I watched one person go from making a pizza, to opening a refrigerator door and back to making the pizza, putting their hand into the cheese. I told the “Lead” what I had just witnessed and instead of an apology and “will talk to the staff”, I got an attitude. I will never go back.

Very bad service this evening. Placed a telephone order, and was told it would be ready in 35 minutes. When I arrived, I waited another 30 minutes, when they told me it would be another hour. A man waiting next to me said he had been waiting 1 and 1/2 hours, so he canceled and walked out, as did several other people. There were 6 teenagers trying to run the place. Truly an incompetent circus. I canceled my order and left. I went to another Pizza Factory about 10 miles away, and picked up my pizza in 20 minutes, hot a ready to go.

After spending nearly $100.00USD on two calzones, two Caesar salads, and a pitcher of beer; we were reprimanded and pushed to purchase an additional side salad when we grabbed some toppings for our salad at the salad bar. The atmosphere got really awkward and seemed really hostile. When our food was ready, we were confronted with to-go style dinnerware. We came to sit down and eat. The question, “Here or To-go?” had been inquired and answered. Unrighteously unwelcoming. We have stuck it out through the duration of devouring and enjoying our dinner but will not be returning to this location again unless under new management. While sitting here, I was exposed to an employee in her mid 50’s blonde woman and her “shift leader” mid 40’s Caucasian brown dark hair; complain inappropriately about a worker that is not currently present. Disturbing, I claim, the amount of unprofessionalism! I would take out all of management and start from scratch and not give good references to these particular employees as described above on the payroll on January 1st at 5:07pm. Best of luck Pizza Factory! Your recipes are great when made with Love.
NOT SERVICE ANIMAL FRIENDLY.

Fantastic service, double checked my order, was clear and concise, wonderful atmosphere as well! Without a doubt one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. I don’t know what some of these other reviews are on about, these guys rock!
Atleast the night crew

I miss the old Pizza Factory.
It’s honestly sad to see what’s happened to what used to be a staple in Carson City. This place was once a bustling, friendly, family-style environment with delicious, affordable food and a staff that made you feel welcome. That sense of community is gone.
Now, the staff is often rude and unapproachable in person, and surprisingly unprofessional over the phone. The food quality has steadily declined while prices continue to climb. There’s a saying, “Even bad pizza is still good pizza,” but somehow, Pizza Factory has proven that bad pizza can really be bad.
Despite the inconsistency, we’ve kept going back, hoping for a return to what it once was. Occasionally, we do get a decent pie and good service—but it’s rare.
Tonight was the final straw.
We ordered two pizzas. One of them came out with no cheese or toppings on half the pie—just cold sauce. The other was a soggy mess, drenched in cold sauce with all the cheese and toppings slid to one side of the box. Cold. Sauce. How does that even happen?
It’s heartbreaking to watch a once-great, community-loved pizzeria become an overpriced version of Little Caesars. I truly hope they can turn things around, but until then, we may finally stop going back.

If I had a nickel for every poor excuse they came up with…
I gave these guys two tries ordering once through them and once through doordash. Both times I waited more than 75 minutes to receive a simple order (only 5 miles away from each other).
The manager tells me, “you know we have our own delivery drivers you don’t have to wait with doordash” my reply, “yes, but I ordered through you and still waited just as long.” Manger thrn states, “well it is Friday.” My reply, “yes… but the last order was middle of the week.” If you can’t manage the volume, don’t allow orders. And of you make a mistake, just own it. You don’t have to come up with ridiculous excuses. Own it, and you might earn back customers when you’ve made mistakes.
