We Toss’em, They’re Awesome – our hand-tossed pizzas are simply the best. Each bubbly, cheesy pie is made with the 100% real mozzarella cheese and our signature sauce. My wife ordered at 5:47 pm I was in Reno at USA parkway and I arrived at the quote time of 6:18 pm. They were just then making the pizzas. I understand times are approximate. There were 4 tickets on the board. If I wanted to wait an hour for then I would have gone to take n bake and went home I have 2 toddlers at home like come on. Finally pick it up at 6:40 pm. I get home and come to find out that they left out the sides of sauce that were ordered as well. I see 2 things that need to change quality control and attention to time. Food tasted fine. Missing some items. Extremely Long wait time.

I wasn’t expecting a 5star pizza from NY. Pizza was alright. Called to order and they said it’ll be ready in 30mins and they called me right after to pick it up. Workers are respectful and friendly. If you want top notch food or service then move to fancier neighborhood or city. Just be grateful that we have something in silver springs.

We have once again decided to order from here for delivery. Third time same result. We will never order delivery again. Excuse after excuse. Over two hours and waiting. Told 40 minutes ago it was on its way. Never again will we order for delivery. Kids are heading to bed as it’s a school night. Ordered before 6pm now 8:15 pm. We are only two miles from the location.lastly, the pizza arrived cool not hot and the boxes were partially collapsed like the driver had other items on top. Service is faster in store. Maybe if there is a next time, will pickup, it might be faster.

Will not be ordering again. I ordered pizza for delivery at 5pm said it would be to my house by 6:40. Which is fine I understand it takes a minute. Finally called at 7pm, and they said it would be another 45 minutes because it was coming on the next delivery. So I asked if we could come pick it up they said yes, we get to the restaurant and were told it would still be another 15-20 minutes. Waited at the restaurant for 35 minutes before getting our pizza. I understand being busy, but taking 3 hours to make pizza is insane. I paid $100 for 3 pizzas.

Tried giving them another opportunity for delivery this time. Terrible idea!
Order placed at 4:21pm with expected delivery of 5:48pm. Called around 5:50 to check in and was told it would be leaving in just a few minutes. Pizza didn’t arrive until 6:45. Two and a half hours is ABSOLUTELY INSANE. A few minutes late is not an issue. Guess the new ownership wanted to keep the tradition of delivering somewhat warm hour late pizzas!
I was really optimistic about the new ownership after our first order and picking it up in person. Then, I proceeded to sit on hold for over 20 minutes on the phone after asking a simple question about their gluten-free crust. I eventually hung up. Looks like service is just as bad as it used to be and I never even had the opportunity to place my order for two families of 9.

Ordered a medium pizza with a side of sliced tomatoes and 2 ice waters. We were going to be charged $8.00 for water until I asked about the cost and then upon receiving our food we literally got 4 small slices of tomatoes and once again were charged for them! Pizza was fair and staff was nice.

Off the shelf pizza sauce is disgusting. Crust barely cooked, you pick up a slice and everything falls off I ordered thick crust and not even sure they know what that is????? And $40 per pie for this crap…… do yourself a favor go to Dollar General get 2 for $10 frozen pizzas and enjoy.

I won’t be coming back to this business, sorry, but the customer service was terrible. Lack of attention—I waited 45 minutes outside, I told the girl I would be outside a little earlier, then I was waiting sitting down for about 10 minutes and she very well knew there were orders placed, yet she was distracted, even though I was right in front of her. She didn’t even have the decency to ask herself about my order—terrible attention. Personally, I prefer to go to Little Caesar’s because I know it will be faster with quicker service. Even though I live in this county, I truly will not come back anymore. The promotion opening announcing the launch was useless if they are going to start having this kind of discrepancies.

I didn’t look around the restaurant. But it appeared to have plenty of seating for large groups. There is an arcade off to the side. Not many decorations, but hey, it’s a pizza place and not an art gallery. I came here for lunch and ordered a combo calzone. It was pretty tasty. And it was a lot of food. I came at a time when it was not busy ( which was good). The staff were pleasant and even showed me my order before closing the box for my takeout.
Make sure you check out their weekly specials board on the wall. If their pizza tastes as good as the calzones, I’m sure you’ll be happy with the quality.
