Normally I would rate them a 4.5 but today is different. I ordered a pizza online @ 1pm and requested delivery and to have it delivered ASAP. After order was completed my confirmation said it was expected to be delivered by 7pm… excuse me?! Then I tried to call and the line has been busy for 30 min. I didn’t want the pizza that late. If you can’t make deliveries before 7pm then say that on your website. Now I have to drive down there to resolve this , which I didn’t want to have to do, hence the delivery option.

Must have been an off night for them. Usually good service. Waited for half hour for pizza that was sitting in their pick up area. Was told a few minutes pizza would be ready. Half hour later asked and was told “I didn’t hear them call my name or they didn’t call my name”. Someone sitting, watching you make pizza, wouldn’t you ask what order they were waiting for? A half hour! Bad customer service. Their pizza is very good. Busy night?

Waited over a hour and a half trying to be understanding so i finally called and “oh it’s in the over now so another 30 minutes” ♂️ bro no you giving me my refund ASAP! Man what’s up with pizza places around fernley or food places in general it’s crazy how people just don’t care anymore especially in the food business and customer service around here. Instead of driving into Reno, I decided to visit the Pizza Factory in Fernley. The first thing I noted was their aversion to knives. The pizza wasn’t cut all the way through and their lettuce was wasn’t cut. They want to charge $1.99 for a soda. No thank you. There were two half-eaten cold pizzas on the buffet. I asked if they would be making more and the girl behind the counter said that they only keep two pizzas on the buffet at a time. Really? Those are both gone and now there hasn’t been any pizza for 15 mins. Everything was dried out on their salad bar. I’ll drive to Reno next time.
