I was overcharged for over $867.87 for 3 medium pizzas, I have been to bank, to pizza shack & treated very unprofessionally, rudely & it’s unacceptable. It’s a shame these young girls are in places of management positions they are clearly unqualified for. The job they have. They have NEVER asked me any questions about how this transaction to get to the root of things. can be fixed, but say 8-10 business days & it should be handled. I am now done speaking to the young rude ladies & it’ll be addressed by store owner. I’m sorry that Sarah is too busy to deal with it. I guess she doesn’t understand I expect all over draft fees to be refunded due to her mistake. I will be happy to tell owner how disrespectful these girls are. None of this was ever necessary. Tomorrow I’ll return to back & press charges if necessary

They are under new management. The service was very friendly, they even gave me a ranch dressing dip without me asking. Excellent pizza, they have a couple of draft beers as well. Rare and fun to watch a real hand tossed pizza get made!

Vile food. Pizza not cooked properly and simply not tasty. The Wannabe Caesar salad with HUGE pieces of lettuce that couldn’t fit into my giagantic mouth.
I should’ve known to go to a place that was practically empty.
You’ll disagree with me on the food but I’ve eaten a lot of great pizza in 5 decades of living and the food was simply amateur.
I grew up and lived close to NYC for 29 years and if you want good pizza then you should maybe learn your craft more before you serve people this trash.

This pizza just sucks there’s no way to put it. I orderrd a BBQ chicken pizza and they somehow put the chicken on before the cheese. The pizza and the garlic bread is overcooked. The garlic bread has almost no seasoning on it. Very disappointed

3 time I’ve ordered a duo-pepperoni pizza on Friday wait 45mins. Get home it’s a cheese pizza??? Then told i have to wait 1 1/2hr. For a new one.(customer service training needed). I Love there pizza! So check your orders!!
