Was surprisingly good. After reading sone of the reviews I was skeptical. Place was empty during lunchtime. Friendly service. Pizza was obviously fresh, tasty and filling. I’d definitely go back.
Pizza is actually still pretty good. Prices on the other hand are insane. 2 small pizzas 2 regular drinks $48!!!!!
Plus there seems to be random individuals just hanging out. Odd and a little uncomfortable.

Mediocre pizza at best. Tried four pizzas (to go) for a family get-together. Service was ultra slow. Had to repeat my order no less than four times, in person, and they still got one pizza wrong. Crust was a bit underdone in the center on three of four pizzas. Sauce was very underwhelming, with no discernible character beyond basic tomato. No basil or garlic to give it any sweet or sharp punch. Toppings were average quality. Overall, a dry pizza without character, undercooked, unsavory, and unworthy of a second visit. Nice people run the place, but they’re not pizza people by any stretch. I ain’t going back. Kids with undeveloped palates might like it, but if your tastebuds made it past nine years old, you really don’t want Pizza Factory.
Edit: thank you for the response, but maybe respond when you’ve actually improved your pizza? Just a thought. How would I know to give your restaurant another try if you haven’t told me you changed anything? I’m sure you’ll do just fine without my business. Plenty of people like bland, underdone pizza.

We usually love their pizza. Make sure you look at your pizza before you leave with it. Both pizzas we ordered were very burnt. To the point you couldn’t eat the crust. They knew they burnt them and never said a word about it when I picked them up.

First time in and the service and atmosphere was very inviting. Basically everyone interacted with us and with a smile too! We ordered a combo calzone which came out hot and delicious! We also got a 10 piece wings which was very disappointing. The centers were still cold but they appeared to be cooked all the way. So idk. It was wierd, my stomach is sensitive so I only ate 2 flats and couldn’t finish the drum because those were cold in the center. My husband however devoured them because we didn’t want to complain and they appeared cooked. Either way we will be back again to try other items on the menu!

I stopped in for a pie for our hotel room and had a beer while waiting after a long day on the road. Neil was great, very affable and I enjoyed our conversation while I waited. Pizza was fresh and crispy. Thanks for the meal and hospitality!

I stopped and picked up an all meet medium pizza with black olives and garlic added. It was delicious, really very good. The crust especially cook, just right. I will definitely be going back.( One small.

This place completely rocks! I called an hour before they were closing ask if they delivered still he said yes even though they were getting ready to shut deliveries down I ordered pizza and lasagna which look fantastic taste delicious and it was delivered in under an hour I’m really grateful and even though we’re only passing through Fallon I highly recommend this place.
