I’ve never found a better pizza, and I’ve been around the world. After trying it my wife (vegetarian and from UK) agrees. Every time we come back to visit this is THE must eat place. The decor is old and tacky, mostly because it hasn’t changed in decades, so it does look like an old pizza parlor (like it). The staff tend to mostly be local teenagers and young adults, so their service might not be 5 star, but I’ve never had a major problem in nearly 30 years of eating here. Their delivery area is smaller than some others, so I usually call an hour before and opt for pickup. This is how most locals do it. If you eat in or get delivery in the evening, a 40 or 60 minute wait is likely.

This is the best pizza in the world. Just order delivery, and you won’t notice a difference between their service and Domino’s. They aren’t a fast food restaraunt, so if you have to wait 40 minutes for your pizza, DEAL WITH IT. Other people are ordering food as well and it takes time to produce such quality pizza. Support a local restaraunt and it’s employees and eat here!

Placed order at 6:30pm was told 30 to 45 min, called after an hour told pizza was in route, called back 10 minutes later told me they were in route. Live 5 blocks away. Not exceptable. Then called again tried to say they couldn’t find it. Really!!!! Will never order again.
