You always know what you’re getting with Pizza Express, and this visit was no exception. The food is not bad at all—always tasty, fresh, and served in good time.
What really made the visit was the service. The staff were very polite and professional, making the whole experience seamless. The restaurant was well-organized and tidy, providing a nice environment for a catch-up with friends. I’d definitely recommend this branch for its great hospitality.

My man Elliot made the experience better at this pizza express. He answered my question and I enjoyed the banter with him at the place. Although the place is expensive, I’d definitely would return again in the future because of Elliot. The place wasn’t noisey at the time of heading there and Elliot made sure that all allergies was catered for and making our experience better.

Great food, and great for my gluten free family. Iqbal helped us out with our options. He speaks a little quick maybe but very helpful. Atmosphere lacked a bit but that’s because we were eating late.

Walked in right at the end of the night for two takeaway vegan pizzas, just five minutes before closing, and was still treated like a valued customer. The lady who served us was absolutely fantastic – she even offered us a seat and gave my son some colouring to do while we waited. The chefs didn’t hesitate for a second when we ordered, even though it was so close to closing time. Such lovely, hardworking staff who clearly care about what they do. That’s what makes a great team and a great restaurant.

Iqbal was a shining star, he helped us navigate the ridiculously complex app process to get the buy 1 and get 1 for a £1 deal. The food was ok, the atmosphere was good. I think Head Office need to reconsider the customer experience from an app perspective, because ordering was a nightmare.

It was a very quiet night towards the end of the evening so atmosphere was understandably on the quiet restrained side.
This did mean you got prompt and efficient service.
The pizza- a vegetarian Padana one was tasty, well presented with sharpness of the goats cheese complementing the slightly too sweet tomato sauce and caramelised onion. Nothing wrong with the quality-just down to personal taste.

The team are super friendly and incredibly accommodating. Ben, Volta, Beth and Iqbal are superb. We visit regularly and just had my son’s 9th birthday – a pizza making party. All the staff are wonderful. Always a warm welcome and attentive service, and they are great with the kids. Thank you!
