Me and my family ordered pizza here for a game night and this might be the worst tasting pizza we have ever had. The sauce tastes like water, zero flavor. The dough tastes like it was over-proofed and old. It was a floppy mess when you picked up a piece. We got 4 pizzas on UberEats pickup for a discounted price thankfully, but if we had gotten these 4 pizzas for normal price (which would have been about $82) then it would have been a total nightmare. Overall, awful pizza experience tonight and a waste of money.

Ordered a carry out. The garlic knots were uncooked and RAW. Like the inside dough stretches it’s so undercooked. Restaurant refuses to give a refund or replace. These were $15! $15 for something we could not eat.

my server was very nice (girl with pig tails and curly hair. very sweet), but our garlic knots came out lowkey raw on the inside (although they tasted good) and the pizza was COMPLETELY burnt on the bottom. i’m talking about black dust on my hands after picking up the slice. they remade it for free and gave us a small discount, but it made me and my boyfriend not wanna even eat inside so we took it to go. sorry for sounding like a karen, it just wasn’t a very pleasant experience and i expected a bit better 🙁 good luck pizza domenica

Really enjoyed our experience at Pizza Domenica. We choose this restaurant because they had a Restaurant Week menu that included vegetarian options. We didn’t realize the first location we chose was take-out only so we eventually made our way over to this lovely corner of the city. Everything was super tasty including a very hardy pasta salad and mushroom toasts (that were made veggie by holding the lardo). We had the mushroom pizza which was great. We tried both the cookie and the cinnamon knots and the cookie was definitely our favorite – warm, gooey, chocolate-y. We didn’t have any service issues to speak of, though our apps and our pizza did come come out within a minute of each other which wasn’t ideal. Luckily we were hungry enough and the food was tasty enough that we made short work of all of it.

It’s a great pizza place with a great-looking happy hour (M-F 3-5pm with half off wines, drafts, and pizzas). The parking is limited for sure, but the atmosphere is fun, the staff is nice and quick, and the food was remarkable.
Recommend:
-garlic pizza knots- they come with a whipped provolone spread that was memorable as hell!
-meatballs: you get two but they’re a good size to share with 3-4 people
-funghi e salsicca pizza: hear me out, look past the name. it’s just amazing. truffle salami, mushrooms, garlic, and an egg or two on top. it’s worth the risk for those who like to take a chance with pizza!

I feel like this location made the best garlic knots. Dough wasn’t dense and the cheese was light and airy. Happy hour pizzas are always a win. Sad they no longer make the clam pizza.

Five of us (myself, my wife and three teen to adult children) went here late one Sunday evening on a recommendation. We started with the bread knots and whipped cheese. The knots were a doughy disappointment, to be honest, but the whipped cheese was a revelation – *if* you like garlic, which we all do – it was light in texture but amazingly (and strongly) flavored. I can still taste it now, an hour later!
The pizzas serve about two people with a reasonable appetite. We had the white, the funghi and the tutti carne. They were all very good. This is New York style pizza with a thin, light and crispy base. You can get dipping sauces for the pizza edges, but that whipped cheese from the garlic knots was more than enough.
We all wanted dessert, but it was getting towards closing time and our waitress, who had been all friendliness and efficiency to that point, suddenly got confused and forgetful and eventually announced that the restaurant was pretty much out of every dessert option. She had clearly had enough and wanted us to leave, which was a disappointing end to what had been a pleasant experience.
We’ll probably go again, but try to be there at least an hour earlier.

So glad wife and I took another chance on a new place. Dominica pizza hit it out of the park! Food is phenomenal, all cooked in a wood oven. Staff are amazing and very helpful! Atmosphere is amazing as well. Perfect, my new go to Pizza place!. This place has ruined/ spoiled me with pizza and I don’t care for the chain restaurants anymore. I only wished they had more drink selections and electronic payment devices. Food is made to order fresh authentic food, no preservatives or harmful chemical foods.
