When you walk in the door you can tell the food is going to be amazing by the smell. I had a calzone that was delicious. The lady working the front counter is so sweet. Definitely recommend trying them out!

Krystal charged me chicken alfredo, even though I told her chicken parmesan the moment I walked in the door. After I pointed out her mistake, Krystal tried to gaslight me by saying “we just make one with different sauce, they are both the same.” I insisted no, alfredo and parmesan are NOT the same, only then did Krystal tell kitchen to make chicken parmesan, but she never refunded me the price difference. It wasn’t until I almost finished eating and I asked her if there’s a price difference between alfredo and parmesan, then she finally refunded me the difference. Since I pointed it out in the beginning, Krystal should have refunded me the difference right after she told kitchen to change it, when she realized her mistake, but she did not. Instead, she kept asking me about my drink to distract me. If I didn’t ask her, I would have never received the partial refund. This does not reflect on the restaurant but only on Krystal. I’m glad I asked for the receipt, that’s where I saw it said alfredo, because Krystal was never going to give me the receipt, either. I had to ask for it, even though I shouldn’t have to (itemized receipt, not just with the dollar amount)

Stopped to eat here while we were in Martin and it is AMAZING!!!! My husband had spaghetti and meatballs and I had a calzone. The calzone was huge! The garlic knots were amazing! Will definitely go back!!!! Edited – we stopped by again and ordered the lasagna and it was amazing!!

The food here was good, but the prices went up so are a little pricey for the area. The cook was bantering with the front desk in a way that was condescending, so the atmosphere while we were dining wasn’t the best. If I was in the area I wouldn’t go back.

My boyfriend and I went here on a whim, and neither one of us have any regrets! The food was delicious. Also, there’s this Honduran lady that works the counter ,and works as a waitress. She is literally the sweetest person ever! I’d definitely recommend it, and return for seconds any day.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would!!! The lady was so sweet unfortunately I didn’t get to know her name I wish I would have because she made me and my entire family smile the entire time we were there. She came to check on us every time she could. You really don’t get customer service like that anymore. They even got our food out very quickly like we were surprised at how fast it was and it was fresh and tasted amazing. We had the cheese sticks as an appetizer the supreme pizza for our entree, I had the double chocolate mouse cake and my partner had the Oreo cheese cake for dessert and not a single thing was less that delicious. This will be a staple in our growing family!!
