When ordering delivery via door dash you can’t get the cheese pizza without paying extra for the cheese. Pizza was good but this added cheese ($2) made it almost too cheesy. Garlic knots not buttery/oily/greasy like other places which I appreciated.

The baked sandwiches are *incredible* on housemade foccacia, pasta is large portions but fairly bland or bad taste imo, calzones are ok but a little too bready and don’t come with ricotta unless you request it. Never actually tried their pizza tbh

I tried to order food and it didn’t show up. I tried to call the restaurant and Juan, the manager, was condescending, rude, and downright terrible. He refused to believe that the food wasn’t there, even though I was looking at a empty porch. He yelled at me acting like I was the issue, even though all I wanted was pizza. I’ve never had a worst experience at a restaurant. Juan refused to give me a refund for food that never came, and yelled and was so rude. I can’t believe he is a manager at a restaurant. Most places run under the premise that the customer is always right, especially when all I want is pizza that I paid for. I will never order from here again.

By far some of the worst food I’ve ever had. The customer service with regards to taking responsibility for the poor food was zero. They want to refund me for one of the five items that I purchased. I would not recommend this place for anyone.
