I ordered a pizza and wings through the Slice app last night (10/24/25). The order came an hour late (I gave the benefit of the doubt for game 1 of the World Series) and after I took a bite into my 2nd chicken “wing” I discovered I had taken a bite of a CHICKEN HEAD!!! I immediately felt physically sick and completely lost my appetite. I reached out to Slice and they contacted the pizza place where they said “We don’t serve chicken heads here.” Well, you did. I threw everything away. Sorry, none of my business ever again. All you had to do was reach out and say sorry and refund the wings.

I love this place soo much, but they need to figure something out different for holidays. I ordered my pizza and did not get it after an hour and forty minutes. Thats crazy! I walked in to like a normal pick up, saw my order already done, and was told to get in line. 30 mins later I got cold pizza. Crazy stuff.

Okay… so here is the low down. I ordered a peperoni pizza, garlic wings and 1/3 rack ribs with potato wedges. First thing is the wings. They gave me lemon pepper and I will admit they were amazing. Crispy, not to dry and good flavor. The ribs were okay to horrible. Too much sauce on them, one was fatty, the second was tough and the last rib is the end of 4 other bones. I have never seen ribs that weren’t cut between the bones. The wedges were soggy (they need a better container to vent the heat) but were tasty. The pizza was like going to chuck cheese or some other budget pizza place. Thin dough, sauce, cheese and peperoni. The staff was friendly. There is no place to dine there so it’s strictly take out.

Worst experience, be aware for super late delivery. At 4:00pm yesterday I ordered 6 pepperoni pizzas and 2 potato wedges for my kid’s birthday party, they delivered very late, I called customer service and the store several times but no help at all. They delivered the pizzas at 8:45 pm instead of 6:00pm, at that time everyone was full because we had to find something else for the kids dinner. I also ordered 2 hours ahead just incase late delivery but it still happed. Bad customer service, lazy staff. Stay away from them otherwise they will ruin your party.
P/s they delivered after I called to cancelled the order. If I didn’t call to cancel order they would deliver at midnight.

Ordered 2 giant 50 slice pizzas for my sons birthday. It was yummy and fun having huge pizzas, even for teenagers.

First time trying their pizza. Honestly we did not enjoy food. The pizza was super greasy. Even the box had a huge grease spot. Got buffalo wings. That had absolutely no buffalo sauce or flavor of buffalo. The wedges are fries and are completely soggy. We will not be going back to this place at all. Very disappointed. Waste of money!
