I spoke with the host at the restaurant just as they were opening, and I was so pleased with the menu offerings and prices. The restaurant is so clean and spacious inside.

The service was very good. The brought our pizza over to the table and brought us garlic and parmesan garlic shakers that were good added touches to the pizza. Love that the regular pizza crust is on the thicker side with a delicious fermented kind of taste to it. Like it was given time to rise at room temperature. We also got gluten free pizzas. They too were delicious. I will say, though, one of them was supposed to be Buffalo chicken. My husband said it was really hard to tell if it was Buffalo chicken or if they accidentally made BBQ chicken instead bc there was a sweetness to it but also a slight spiciness as well. Either way, he and my son said it was good. The Gluten Free meet lover was also very good. They tried each others and couldn’t decide which they preferred they were both very good but different.

We were in town for a youth hockey tournament and were looking for someplace for the team to go after the game. I called ahead and the staff were so incredibly nice, and happy to accommodate us. The space was perfect and the service was amazing and the food was great! It was perfect for us. If we’re ever out that way again we will defiantly return.

I called them earlier today asked if they were hiring phone girls. They didn’t even put me on mute. I overheard the conversation between him and a woman that was working there and he said “she’s asking for hiring phone girls. I’m gonna say no“ the other lady he was speaking to said “NO!“ backing up what he was saying about hiring a phone girl I ended up saying don’t even worry about it. I heard the conversation through the phone, thank you for your time and hung up the phone. That was very rude and very unprofessional. I’ve also ordered a pizza from them a couple months ago. There was no sauce. It looked like the driver dropped the pizza half the cheese was off the pizza, but I understand that things happen so I didn’t complain about it then being that I’ve worked in Pizza shops previously.

Hello! Pizza d’Action was in the process of changing ownership from January to March 2023. They’ve kept the menu and a lot the same, including the name, but upgraded a few things like the ordering area and kitchen! Our family loves it even more!
Each of the 4 of us has different dietary needs and preferences, yet there is a pizza that suits each of us there. The kids chant Pizza d’Action regularly. It’s our favorite family restaurant.
Update 12/2/2024: the kids have declared Its still their favorite!!

We went here on St. Patty’s Day eve last weekend. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. We ordered a batch of fries I was not very impressed with (only reason I gave 4 stars, not 5)- they tasted frost bitten in my opinion but didn’t want to send back.
We also had two glorious pizzas. They were delicious. I had the california without chicken and he had the taco pizza. They both had amazing seasonings over the tomato sauce and under the cheese and were cooked to perfection. So tasty and delicious.
The crust was super yummy too my only regret is not asking for extra sauce on the side for dipping.
Really cool neat little place in Holyoke.

Amazing to have your cravings met with fabulous options for those us whom have dietary restrictions! I adore the Pizza, the Subs, and the pasta! Imagine not having a sub for years bc no one had a Gluten Free Sub roll…until…Pizza D’ Action showed up in my search for gf/df pizza etc! Thank God!!! Will be a patron for as long as I’m in the area! The new management and staff are wonderful so happy to see this place thriving! We look forward to supporting them in their new journey!

New management are super friendly. Deliveries are always prompt and very nice and courteous. Ordered the salad which was very inexpensive and fully loaded. Had some in salad style and was able to make wraps with it. Lol That’s how packed, HUGE and delicious it was.
