Absolutely incredible pizza! This place in Sint Maarten instantly reminded me of authentic Neapolitan pizza in Naples, Italy. The crust is perfectly light and airy with just the right char, the ingredients taste fresh and high quality, and every bite is full of flavor without being heavy.
Everything we ordered was amazing, and you can really tell there’s care and passion behind the food. If you love true Neapolitan-style pizza, this spot is a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Out of all the places we have tried this place was the best experience.
The people are so sweet. The places has personality.
The food was amazing we got the Sophia and the home made tiramisu. 100/10 also the oil that they have is so delicious! We are definitely coming back before we leave.

The food was amazing. Authentic Italian pizza. Delicious! The atmosphere is low-key. Tables are outside by the busy road, so it’s very noisy with all the traffic. They don’t accept debit or credit cards, so make sure you have cash to pay.

I am a frequent, loyal customer of Pizza & Cooften visiting with my boyfriend and coming in regularly because of my hobby/connection to the [Soggy Dollar area/local scene]. I have always had good experiences here, which makes what happened on [Date of Visit] completely shocking and unacceptable.
I was seated and ordered a drink around [Time, e.g., 7 PM]. After waiting for 15+ minutes, before my food even arrived, a staff member abruptly demanded I move tables because a large party was coming. This was despite two other tables being available right behind me.
When I didn’t move, the pressure escalated, and I was approached a second time. This kind of treatment is disrespectful and ruined my entire evening. My pizza never even arrived. Due to the completely unprofessional way I was treated and the repeated requests to vacate my seat, I was forced to stand up and walk out without eating.
If this is how [Restaurant Name] now treats its repeat, local customers, I won’t be back. You lost a regular over a poorly managed seating decision. Avoid this place if you are a solo diner or expect common courtesy.

The best Pizza in Sint Maarten, a medium size crunchy crust pizza. Handmade dough and only fresh ingredients make this the best tasting pizza in SXM. Our to go to place for a Sunday after a Long Beach Day or during the week after a long working day or a night in Simpson Bay.
Being open late Giorgio has helped me sober up many times late at night in the past 10 years, his pizza never disappoints.
Our personal favorite is the red pizza with prosciutto, but also many of the classics are amazing such as the mushroom pizza capricciosa, pepperoni, meat lovers or the regular margherita.
Pair with an Italian Birra Moretti if you like to go fully Itialian.
This place will never disappoint for dinner or a late night snack 😉
