This establishment sold me 2 3 piece fish platters with worms in the fish! Living moving WORMS! I brought the tray back and they tried to gas light me by saying thats how the fish comes they aren’t worms! They were moving it was kot connective tissue or veins it was all through the meat of the fish when I first found them, explain that then! Tried to tell me it was how I was holding the fish as if thats how that works! Unprofessional dismissive dirty no accountability! They will take your money and give u food you can’t even eat! Refusing a refund when a customer has a legitimate concern and did not eat the food as a result is disgusting the business the owner and employees have no morals cooth or understanding of food safety! I ordered from this place a few times and we will never be back and will report this to the health department

The food was hot and fresh. The one thing that I will say is that there was barely any meat inside the cheese steak, but it was good. The cost of the cheese steak vs the amount of meat was definitely not worth the price. The fries was cooked to perfection. The customer service was a little lacking, they didn’t seem welcoming at all.

Customer service in this restaurant is awful. Everytime I ask for something not to be on my order they put it there anyway. The food isn’t free and I’m a paying customer. I should get what I ask for. I called with a polite tone, I wasn’t even angry or even upset but owner was extremely rude to me for no reason. Yelling at me as if I was his child. I get it where this place is located is in a bad part of town but customer service is customer service. With him responding in that manner…I know now thats same way he treats our food that we pay for. I never go back here again.
