Best pizza in Pasadena. You can’t beat it for the price and quality. The pizza is usually ready in 20 minutes. They have a couple of tables inside to eat there, but also offer take out and delivery.

Good pizza. Hot and fresh. Staff was super friendly. Prices were relatively decent. Overall, I’d recommend it over all the other local pizza spots including the Domino’s right down the street.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I called to order two cheesesteak combos and asked about substituting fries for onion rings, and what the price difference was. The woman on the phone responded rudely with “I don’t know,” offering no help or effort to check. When I asked again to clarify pricing, she snapped, “Do you want the combo or not?” and went silent. Despite her attitude, I placed the order.
When I arrived, I explained the issue to a man at the counter (possibly the manager). The same woman came out screaming, twisted my words, flipped me off, and shouted an expletive at me. I seriously thought she was going to physically attack me.
No apology from anyone. Just silence. I looked at the manager and said is this how you treat paying customers and he just shrugged his shoulders. I canceled my order and left. This place will never get another dollar of my money and I’ve warned all of my friends and family about this place.
The place itself wasn’t clean, and the overall environment was uncomfortable. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from both staff and management.
Avoid this place. If this is how they treat paying customers, it’s not worth your time or money. Go anywhere else in Pasadena—you’ll get better service and likely a cleaner experience.
Go to Pizza Raven, they have the same combo but cheaper and will substitute the fries for onion rings for way less and you get way more and they taste better!

My family & I just moved to the area. Randomly I noticed this place while driving. One night, My husband says hey wanna try Pizza City? Heck yes!

This is probably going to be our go-to pizza place now that we’ve moved to Pasadena. The wings are decent and pizza is great. Gave it 4 starts on food because there’s never enough dough in the middle of the pie, meaning when you go to grab a slice, the middle just collapses in your hand. But since we prefer a nice thin floppy pizza, it’s not the biggest deal breaker.
Service is good and good delivery service when you’re feeling lazy.

Great pizza. Quick service and always with a beautiful smile. I believe it’s family owned and operated. Prices are good. Two large topping pizzas for 30 bucks. Amazing wings and fries, love the Jamaican jerk wings. Located over by the old skate ring on mountain Rd, next to the subway.
