I always order from this establishment however after today never again. They need to train their employees how to read tickets. I placed an order for two items and they were both wrong. Then I spoke with the rude manager Chris after speaking with an Amanda who stated that she was the manager. Chris told me it’s my problem because I ordered through Uber Eats and because of that they were not going to do anything for me. How about you teach your employees how to read the tickets and make sure orders are correct before being sent out. The uber company is not the one who made the order. All I simply asked them was to remake my order that I already paid for, deliver it and I would send back the messed up order incorrect items. Instead I had the worst customer service ever from them. Just asking them to correct what their employees got/ did wrong.
**** That’s really sad when a business can not accept accountability for their own mistakes. My recipe was tapped to the pizza box with what exactly I ordered. I highly doubt that some one ordered pretty much my exact same order at the very same time and both had the same uber driver smh***** I am taking it up with your establishment because that’s who prepared my order incorrectly, Uber delivered it to the correct address so they got their job right and what they needed to do correctly. hopefully you help your staff learn how to properly read tickets that come through to your kitchen to prevent other orders from coming out incorrect. This is actually my second time having my order wrong the first time I picked it up and realized when I got home a topping was missing from my pizza but I gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt and never said anything about it. This second time I decided to speak up because I’m spending extra for what I’m not receiving. I ordered a large clam chowder they sent me a small, and a small pizza extra sauce, extra onions and sausage and not one piece of sausage was on the pizza I did receive one thing correct and that was the soda.. And I explained nicely to the second person that I couldn’t find where to do what ever on Uber Eats due to the restaurants mistake. During this whole time I’m laying in bed sick that’s the whole reason I ordered out and usually I order directly from the restaurant however my daughter wanted something from a different place so we did the add on restaurant and her order from the Indian restaurant was correct no issues and it was a larger order. I just learn what establishments to deal with and not and this is now on my list of not going forward. Especially after the people being rude and can’t take accountability for their mistakes. Mistakes happen in life and we should all especially as adults know this and own up to it.

Lunch deal 10$ this super buttery cheesy grilled cheese and chicken orzo soup amazing !!! Delicious and cheap !! It comes with a tiny coleslaw too but that taste tester was bomb and very good . The soup also came with sliced homemade bread I believe again very good I will try lunch here again for sure

I haven’t been here in over 4 years. The place finally got a much needed face-lift since. The food was good then and even better now. The server was attentive and interactive. The only incident was a missing ingredient in one of the dishes even though it was mentioned in the menu. We had a great time and enjoyed every dish we have tried. The Thai Chicken Salad and the Spinach Artichoke Dip are a must for me.

When placing an order over the phone, they hurry you up they don’t get your right address. They go to the wrong address. They tell you they’re outside the door calling you. They don’t call you then. They tell you they’ll be there in eight minutes and takes another 45 minutes and then the driver says he doesn’t know what happened that’s bad Service.

I don’t usually leave reviews however , Pizza Castle has THE BEST PIZZA . I live in NYC and pizza is everywhere however good pizza isn’t! I cannot come to Waterbury and not have Pizza Castle. More than just pizza they are professional, helpful and personable. Spending your hard earned money should come with joy and each dollar spent here is more than worth it ! I can promise that.! CIf you still eat franchise pizza you are missing out really !!!! See ! What you waiting for order you a Large pizza from here and don’t forget your wings whichever flavor and never look back ❤️❤️❤️

I went to Pizza Castle for dinner with my mom who was visiting from Florida. She wanted to see if they were as good as she remembered and it used to be a favorite of mine and had been a while. I ordered the caprese salad special, it was amazinggg! For sure homemade pesto sauce, sooo flavorful and rich, juicy thick good tomato’s and nice pieces of fresh mozz. It was surprisingly very filling! I also got a side of salmon with it which was seasoned very nice and cooked just right! My mom got mussels fra Diavlo app and the sauce was to die for!! Mussels were fresh and yummy and came with some nice garlic bread! 10/10 I can’t wait to go back!

Ordered bruschetta and there was no mention of cheese on it. It came covered in cheese. I called up and was told it was wrong on the website and there was nothing they could do. They didn’t offer to send out the correct order- just told me to take it up with DoorDash. Extremely disappointed with how I was treated. Will not be ordering from here again.

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary along with one of our sons and had been to Pizza Castle a few times. Always enjoyed our meal. This time was no different, food was great! However, it was odd we waited in the “wait to be seated” area for 5 minutes before anyone realized we were there. Glad we were patient, stayed and had a great meal. The fried calamari appetizer hit the spot. It came with fried jalapeños & fresh feta! Yum! I kept it simple and had a sausage meatball grinder and husband had the turkey club with fries… all was well. Our son, went all out having clam chowder and penne alla vodka with chicken! Looked, smelled and, according to him, was very good! Looking forward to next time.

Food was comparable to frozen pizza and the appetizers were just the same for the price of everything I expected better. Chilies does a better job with food..I’m very disappointed in everything. The only thing that was good was the drinks we ordered from the bar.
