Hands down the best NYC pizza in town and probably all of northern CO. The owner makes sure the pizza is always on point and delicious, especially when he’s there. I always see him in the back on the front lines doing the dirty work and prepping pizzas, his employees always have good things to say about him too. Yesterday, I went in to try the Tuesday deal of 2 slices and a drink for $5, and I also ordered a big slice extra crispy. I received my big slice first and it was exactly how I ordered it. The deal is great too! One of the new toy machines took a dollar from my daughter, and even though they don’t own the machines, the owner made it right. Beyond exceptional service, and the atmosphere fits a NYC pizza joint to boot!

Pizza Casbah is an Old Town classic in FoCo. They say, “New York’s Best Pizza in Fort Collins”. I agree. The kind of epic East Coast slices they serve up here are floppy, crispy, and delicious. Imagine you’re stuffing down your giant slice lunch as you run into the Chambers Street station in Manhattan. That’s what Casbah is–real NY pizza. The slices are always a great deal, and the store offers plenty of great combos on the menu. Don’t miss out on the famous 24-inchers, either! The dine-in experience is also fun and comfortable. Upon entry, the customer will find a cozy but vintage restaurant interior, peppered with cool games and arcade cabinets. All around a quality business and some of the best pizza in Northern Colorado. Try it.

I live close by and have ordered here a bunch but I’ll probably stop. I even give a 20% tip when I pick up because I wanted to support a business right by me I liked. Now I just feel ripped off tbh. Recently my orders have been like paper thin… barely any sauce cheese or toppings that you pay extra for. Bummer that I have to try places further away. Wish I could try and give another chance but it’s been like the last several orders. I was using coupons they send out and I feel like I was almost being punished for using them. I would stay away from here now unfortunately.

My favorite pizza in Fort Collins!! We got 3 24 inch pies and an order of garlic knots the other day and everyone loved the pizza! One crust was a tad burnt and the garlic knots were seriously burnt on top so I’m hoping g they’ll take a bit more care but we will still be back again!!

No Co Local
This place has really gone downhill. Walking into the store you are greeted with an extremely dirty dining area that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. There is dust everywhere and mouse poop on the ground. I can’t believe this place is allowed to operate with these conditions. The food was OK but i was hesitant to eat it after seeing where the food came from. I can’t believe they let this place fall into such disrepair – what happened??
