Very disappointing experience. Last night I placed an order worth almost PKR 500. I was informed that delivery would be free if order more then 800 PKR order otherwise, I would need to pay delivery charges. I clearly agreed to pay the delivery charges.
I was then told the order would take 45–50 minutes even though it only included fries and a zinger. After waiting the full time, I called to check on my order and was told that they do not provide delivery at all and that I should not wait.
This was misleading, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. I expected much better service.

It was cozy there. Not too spacious so a bit crowded easily but most of the food was nice. Not all the items were great, most were average but a few were just great. My favorite so far has been their mighty burger and loaded fries. I didn’t like their hot shots.

For few months it was the best in abbottabad but they started putting something like coconut flavour in their pizza maybe the dough or the cheese which I told them to please avoid in my next order and they told me it will be avoided but still added it. I think it is some kind of cheap cheese or something else. This was my last time ordering from them

This service is absolutely terrible. Even for a distance of just 1 km, the delivery takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes, and the food arrives cold like ice. This has happened three times already. Overall, it has been a very bad experience for me.
