We were pleasantly surprised! Small pizza place with local vibes and great pizza! When it first arrived we thought it looked like bland pizza with average to low toppings, but the flavor won us over! The sauce and pepperoni are excellent. Tastes fresh and real! The cauliflower crust was flavorful and lightly crispy, not hard and chewy like some. The standard hand tossed style was very good as well. Staff is very friendly and on top of it. They were very busy! Will definitely be back. But next time I will order double olives

Even though it is technically not by the sea, it doesn’t change the fact that the pizza is some of the best in the country! I am a NYC/Brooklyn pizza lover, and this Pizza by the Sea is Dang Good! Our family comes to Seaside almost every summer and the vacay is not complete without a pizza. Dine in or carry out are always hot and fresh. Crust in perfect and the sauce is amazing.

First time been to Pizza by the Sea, and let me tell yall, this place was amazing, the staff was great, and the food was out of this world. We got a medium supreme pizza and the spaghetti and meatballs, and it tasted like someone’s grandma was in the kitchen making it. I had to look in the kitchen to make sure my grandma wasn’t in there cooking. I can’t wait to comeback for more good! Y’all ask for Keke, she rocks!

Food is always great! But it’s kind of outrageous that each topping is $2.50. You can get the Supreme cheaper then a three topping ‘build your own’… I wound just picking a specialty pizza and removing what I didn’t want to save money. Good pizza though!

Stopped by Pizza by the Sea in Santa Rosa Beach for lunch and it did not disappoint. I ordered the “One Big Slice” and Caesar salad combo—super satisfying and just the right amount of food. The pizza was fresh, cheesy, and had a great crust. Salad was crisp and well-dressed. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the cool breeze and perfect Florida weather, which made the whole experience even better. Great spot for a casual, tasty lunch by the beach. Will definitely be back!

My wife and I spent last week with my son and his family in Santa Rosa Beach. We were in the mood for pizza and decided on Pizza by the Sea. We are from NYC and I wasn’t holding out much hope for good pizza. Boy, was I surprised. It turned out to be excellent. Great sauce and crust.
