I’m in from NYC for the holidays. I desperately needed some good pizza today- found Aromi! Real pizza Napoletana. Truly perfect down to the delicious olive oil, slight char on the edges, great chew of the dough, delicate sauce, aromatic basil, and light and delicious cheese. Hearing the Italian music play while real Italians talk in the background. Perfetto. Grazie Mille Aromi!

We went soon after they opened, so maybe it was a fluke, but wow this pizza was horrible! The prosciutto and buratta pie was so wet it soaked through the crust and made it soggy, and the prosciutto was hard to chew through. Also got the potato and sausage pie – which proved that pizza can indeed be too cheesy. I love cheese but ew The cheese was gummy and thick, see photo. We threw away both pies after trying one slice, which says a lot considering we spent over 40 dollars.

Sauce lacks salt which leaves the quality ingredients unable to shine. Crust is not cooked to the char that a true Italian pizza should be (which this seeks to copy in appearance and style). And so it falls short. Pies are small but priced high. It could be so much better with some tweaks to punch flavors and properly cook the crust. Bummer

We ordered Door Dash here after hearing abut them from family. Bunch of food, A couple wood fired pizzas, Caesar salad, a couple pasta dishes, garlic bread and Cioppino. My husband is a Cioppino fiend, and said it was the best he had ever had… that is saying a lot when it’s delivery as well. Pasta dishes were delicious, particularly the pistachio pasta. Caesar salad was okay, a bit on the dry side and one of our pizzas was significantly undercooked. All and all a flavorful meal and I would totally recommend!

The pizza was amazing! The service however was not. Nobody was friendly and they almost seemed annoyed that we were there? We were the only people in the restaurant and were checked on maybe once. We also came with our kids and usually when we go out the waiter or waitress will always bring a water for the kids or at least a straw. We didn’t get any of that and it was truly a bummer because the pizza was so good! But service is also important, we probably will not be back.

Pizza by Aromi is finally open! It’s located next door to Aromi Italian Cuisine, and it’s is specializing pizzas, salad, and anti pasta, not to mention scrumptious desserts. However, there is no doubt their pizzas are going to be the highlights of this new pizzeria.
I had the Mortadella made with quality imported mortadella, mozzarella cheese, pistachio pesto sauce, a centered burrata cheese ball, and garnished chopped fresh pistachios. I was a great pizza, and I was particularly fond of the crust. It offered a nice crispy exterior with a terrific, soft, and chewy center. I love that they add salt to their dough because it finishes the crust’s flavor well.
The imported mortadella was very good, and the pistachio pest was quite tasty. Also, the mozzarella cheese was fresh and offered that great flavor. It almost tastes like butter against the pizza’s crust. It was so good, I ate the whole pizza in one sitting. I usually save half for the next day. I could not resist.
They offer a variety of pizzas, including the traditional margherita pizza to pizzas with prosciutto, sausage, egg plant, spicy salami, smoked salmon, and much more. They also offer calzones, salads, and a melee of tasty appetizers or antipasti.
They offer beer and wine, in side and outside seating, and some great friendly service. The place has a nice rustic feeling.

I’m from NJ/NY and haven’t tried anything close to the pizza, we have back home, until now!! Pizza by Aromi is so good, I can eat a whole pie to myself, which I did. The atmosphere is great and the workers amazing. Definitely check it out if you haven’t yet !!
