I’m honestly shocked this pizza was served to a customer. The entire crust was burnt and charred black, to the point where it tasted bitter and inedible. This wasn’t a slight overcook — it was clearly left in the oven far too long and should have never been boxed and given to a customer.
For a place advertising Neapolitan-style pizza, this was extremely disappointing. The bottom and edges were completely burnt while the rest of the pizza was uneven. Anyone working the oven should have immediately noticed this before sending it out.
The atmosphere might be nice, but food quality and service matter far more, and this experience was unacceptable. When you’re paying restaurant prices, you expect food that is at least properly prepared.
Unfortunately, this was a complete waste of money, and based on this experience I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good pizza.
Unfortunately, I’m looking at the other reviews and this is not the first time. Obviously the owner is not doing anything about it.

Decided to order take out for day after Christmas dinner. Everything was so good; from pizza to garlic knots to arugula salad. It was packed and very busy so although we waited a bit it was worth the wait! The staff was kind and attentive and the front waitress; Andrea was especially sweet to our group. Thank you Pizza Bruno for helping a tired mom not have to cook today!

This place is awesome. Lots of pizza around Orlando but this place has the best dough and taste awesome. We had the joy of trying a few different kind pizzas tonight and anything they cook comes out fantastic. For dessert I suggest the cannoli! Tuesday is kids eat free too!

The first time we tried pizza Bruno we dined in on a Friday night— our service was great and food was awesome…pizza was so fresh and wings were delicious. However, we have now given the takeout experience two tries and both have failed. Ordered buffalo wings and lemon pepper wings..both came basically plain and barely any sauce or seasoning. The pizza was okay- definitely not as good as my first experience. I know takeout will never be as hot and fresh as dine-in…but still quite disappointing because I love that this location is so convenient for us!

Lexi did an AMAZING job serving us. Super knowledgeable and kind. We had the garlic knots (20 out of 10), kale salad (I had 3 servings, so good) and the white pie. Couldn’t have imagined a better lunch.

The Garlic Knots are incredible. Ordered 2 batches. The Ghost pizza was really good as well. The hot honey makes a big difference in flavor and it all comes together very well. Will be coming back 5/5 for everything!

Pizza Bruno is the best! Their pies knock it out of the park every time. And don’t sleep on the apps like the mozzarella sticks and kale salad. Lexi and Justice are awesome too!

Saw a FB ad promoting their in-house made pasta, so I decided to check it out. Got there around 12:30pm and noticed on the menu that they don’t start serving pasta until 5pm. This was confusing to me because their FB ad didn’t mention anything like that at all. Our server asked the chef if I could have pasta now and was told that I could, which was nice of them, though it would have been nicer if their ad contained all the necessary details. The pasta was tasty, but by the time it got to me, it was starting to get cold, which leads me to believe that it was sitting around for a lil bit before my server brought it over. The pesto was also a lil bit overly oily, but the rigatoni itself was good, plump and tender. I also tried the lemon pepper wings, which needed more pepper, they were lemony, but bland otherwise. Service was a bit slow and impersonal.

This is not the first time this has happened, but it will definitely be the last. Look at how burnt this pizza is completely charred and unacceptable. There’s no way this should have been handed to a customer without someone noticing.
Quality control clearly isn’t a priority here. It’s incredibly inconvenient to have to drive all the way back because basic checks weren’t done before sending the order out. Very disappointing experience. Do better.

It was my friend and I first time coming here using the inKind app! Lexi was amazing she’s another reason I came back today ! She had great customer service, friendly , and down to earth . The bread is amazing 10/10 they it themselves. The wings I was not fond of and Lexi was honest when I shared my experience and I appreciate her for that ! She did recommend us the margarita pizza ! And it was delicious and my friend can co-sign because we are foodies! And it was $10 Monday for the margarita pizza ! Keep Lexi there she’s amazing !
