I visited Pizza Brothers for dinner the other night. I saw mixed reviews so I wanted to give them a fair shake for myself. The pizza was average. It was a disaster pulling these slices because they put so much cheese on the pizza. It’s truly a cheese puddle. If that’s your style, this is your place. The pasta was a generous portion. I got the penne vodka and the flavor was a bit strange. It wasn’t creamy by any means. It had more of a meat taste which caught me off guard. The place is clean inside and they have coupons in the menus. It took the girl at the counter some time to pay attention to us but overall, I probably won’t go back.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was disappointing. I ordered garlic knots and it came out completely burnt — not just slightly overcooked, but blackened and inedible. The taste was bitter, the texture was dry and hard, and honestly, it felt like it shouldn’t have left the kitchen in that condition.
I brought it to the staff’s attention, but the response was indifferent at best. No apology, no offer to replace it — just a shrug. For the price I paid, I expected far better. I won’t be coming back.

Wait 85 minutes for a pizza to show up warm at best. On a Monday night, didn’t think they were as busy. I call and the guy that waits 11 rings to answer the phone has the nerve to tell me I can come and get a new one then hangs up on me. Doesnt deserve 1 star.

I’ve known about Pizza Brothers for quite some time but have never really been in the area to grab a slice from them. Apparently I have been missing out for years. The plain slice was stellar, offering a great cheese to tomato sauce ratio. The base and crust were pleasantly fluffy and the overall flavor was delicious. This is perhaps one of the best plain slices in the Hillsborough area for me. Their sausage and pepperoni slice was what you would expect, and the sausage (the ground variety) was both crispy and tasty.
The pizzeria itself has classic booth seating with appealing pizza paddle artwork on the wall. There’s plenty of parking and the staff is very polite and helpful. The establishment is very clean and as I mentioned before, the plain slice is one of the better ones I’ve tasted in the area of my home town. I will definitely be stopping in again in the future.

I got stuck waiting to be loaded. They delivered to my truck! The food was great, big portions too. I had the chicken somethin other with angel hair pasta, salad, and a 20oz Pepsi for $21. If I ever get sent up here again, I’m going to order again!

I had a horrible experience…they forgot my garlic knots & there was hair in my food. I called they brought burnt garlic knots without the sauce & again there was hair in my food. The owner called me and said there would be a credit attached my phone number the next time I call & I called and no credit & the person basically said oh well . ..very disappointed as I always get my pizza from them but not anymore

AMAZING ! just moved to the area and ive tried 6’different pizza spots. This is our 7th and wish we tried it earlier . The plain pie which we love is so good crispy just enough sauce and throughly cooked!!!!

Not in the top 3 best pizzas in town. The fact that they sell cluck-u wings is the only reason I come back. They don’t have a wide variety of slices displayed Ike other pizzerias. Price is fairly reasonable though and Pizza is ok if serving to kids but if you are looking for good pizza there are several better places to choose from in Hillsborough. They are friendly and nice. Just have strong competition when it comes to pizza.

Usually the food is great but I was disappointed with my smothered fritters. It could because it is near the end of the day but they were overcooked, dried out, and had way more breading than chicken. The sauce was amazing but I did not enjoy the fritters this time.
