She is always patient, kind, and genuinely friendly — not just with me, but with every customer. Even when the airport is hectic, she keeps a positive attitude and treats everyone with respect.
And the pizza itself is amazing — fresh, flavorful, and they have plenty of options to choose from. It’s easily one of the best quick bites in the airport.
Great food, great service, and an employee who truly makes the experience better. Highly recommend stopping by!
Service was great – Larry (I think) at the counter is a gentleman and the young lady that slices and packages the pizzas is very sweet.
Everything is made to order – not premade and sitting under a heat lamp. I got the pepperoni and a bottle of Mountain Dew and it was about $20. The pizza was great – nice crispy crust and lots of cheese and pepperoni!
A warning though – the cheese is SUPER HOT – like 5000° hot – like the pizza was baked on the sun hot. I had my pizza sitting for a few minutes and when I finally got to it, the cheese was still SUPER HOT. I like my food hot so I appreciated it but I know some of the more sensitive diners will burn their lips, tongues, and roof of their mouths – so just a warning.
Great service, maybe a ten minute wait, and a solid pizza. FUN FACT: The place is called Pizza Boxx but they don’t serve their pizzas in a box; it’s like a parchment paper bag (please see my pic).
Paid $14.44 for a meatball and ricotta calzone. Total wait time after placing order was 20 minutes — the calzone was made after I placed my order.
Cashier provided an estimate of 15 minutes. There were 4 staff and they were not busy.
Didn’t have basil available so they asked my consent to substitute spinach.
Calzone went into the oven 14 minutes after I placed my order. Calzone removed from the oven 5 minutes later.
Ingredients were good. The amount of marinara sauce was appropriate. The calzone was slightly overcooked — A little burnt on the crust but otherwise fine
