I’ve been nothing but nice to the people who work here, and usually choose to go to them because they are within walking distance of my residence.
After tonight’s order, I can assure you NO ONE SHOULD GO HERE! I went out of my way to ensure my order was made correctly by talking on the phone with the employee, and even going to the location prior to the order pickup time to ensure the order was made correctly. I asked for a cold sub with American cheese, provolone, lettuce, banana peppers and onions and I instead received a hot sub with cheese wizz.. including everything being soggy..? On top of that the garlic bread with cheese I ordered looks like this.. self explanatory.
I am leaving this review here until I get contacted by them or refunded for the entire order! This is outrageous!

Please be aware they have a co worker that wants to see your id and card number please be aware and protect your identity as well as your bank information that’s not nothing no one see they don’t need to see your name at all. Unless you using credit inside not for delivery purposes please be aware today is literally my last time order from them check your cards make sure they didn’t add a tip cause they will with out your knowledge

Always reliable to get some good pizza. Not a fan of the fish sub but everything else was great. Never tried their pasta either. Took a long time but my pizza was delicious so call ahead. So many toppings with no pork pepperoni.

Would give it zero stars if possible. Customer service at Pizza Bolis is non-existent. Managers are rude, indignant, unhelpful and don’t accept responsibility. I asked for $5 off my order that was delivered at 18:33 but was supposed to be delivered by 18:05. Their response, “$5 off for what? Your driver will be there soon.” They direct you to email customer service who just echoes the same mantra. No more PB for me.

Every time I order online food is fast ,correct and fresh. I’ve ordered pizza and subs and salads so far and a rice platter. I’ve been ordering here for 4 months and love they have ice cream. I ordered May 10, 2019. I was extremely nervous to order from here as in the past I had bad experiences with pizza Bolis before. Mind you I ordered Around 12am . Ok so I called in and A lady answered the phone and I don’t know if it was because it was late but she seemed like she had an attitude. I ordered 1 large sausage pizza with a cheese steak sub everything no hots, no tomatoes with a side of fries. My boyfriend is allergic to tomatoes and he was the one going to get my food once it was delivered. They took about an hour to arrive and once I paid for my food. I opened my cheese steak sub and low and behold it had tomatoes on it .Luckily he wasn’t near me when i went to eat my food because then we would of had serious problems . Not only that but the cheesesteak sub was somewhat “watered” down and didnt look all that appealing and the fries were dry as hell. I tried calling back to tell them they had messed up my order but they were closed by then. All I know is that I will never eat at pizza bolis again . This was the last straw and this time their incompetence could have really been dangerous as someone’s health was at risk. I wish i could give 0 stars . Only reason why I’m even giving one star was because the pizza was at least decent.

Just horrible!!! Waited an hour for a terrible pizza. Had no sauce or cheese! Pizza was very dry and when we tried to call to make a complaint and return the pizza for a new one or get a refund but they said call back in 5-10mins because the system was down and so we did and then when we called back and they answered he asked for the address and said he’d call back in 5 minutes and never did! Horrible service and food!

First time here excellent pizza…I can’t eat marinara sauce, the manager suggest a white sauce along with my other toppings and it came out great. The rest of my party enjoy their pizzas as well. Great customer service
