I’ve been here a few times before and the foods been good, usually I pick up but last night I got delivery.. it took forever, and the pizza was not what I ordered. It tasted a little off, I got a seafood Alfredo pizza but it was sweet, this morning I opened the box and i saw it’s bc they put pineapples on it – which is crazy because I added broccoli. So that definitely ruined the pizza, 2 slices were edible when I was drunk but this morning I’m mad I wasted my money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA BOLIS. IT IS UNSANITARY. We ordered a pizza from the North Avenue Location on Friday. Someone came to get it at the door and by the time I came downstairs the kids were going through 2 pizzas. We had only ordered one. I checked my account to see if I was accidentally charged for 2 pizzas because I was certain I only said 1 pizza. I wasn’t. So then after looking at the boxes I realized that I was accidentally given a pizza for another address. We called to let them know the error but also disclosed we had opened it and everything and they thanked us for letting them know. About 20 minutes later the driver showed back up, knocking on our door demanding the pizza back. We explained that we thought it would be extremely unsanitary to give the pizza to the other customer but he said he just has to do as he’s told. We will not be ordering from Pizza Bolis again. How many other times have they went back to someone’s house to recover a pizza and give it to an unsuspecting customer?

The manager that runs the store isn’t professional at all. When I had a complaint about my order that was well over 50 dollars. He basically told me I was wrong, he doesn’t believe me and that he’s not accepting anything I say about my experience. Even tho I wasn’t asking for a refund or another pizza. He basically told me he don’t care. Yelled at me and hung up. So I will never order from them again!
