The manager of the store contacted me and politely/professionally asked if I would consider giving his team another chance to make things right and assured me that he would monitor the quality of the food preparations going forward as well.
Given the generous nature of the request, we will gladly order from that store again.
I have had at least a hundred subs from the Edgewater location over the years and for the most part, I was pleased with the quality of the food and considered it a good value.
Well, apparently that run is over.
I got the cheeseburger sub, which has been a favorite and it was terrible. The meat was bland and over cooked, the roll was stale, the lettuce was not fresh and overall it was a terrible sub.
They now charge more for lower quality ingredients and poor quality preparation control, so I will not be ordering from there any longer. At some point we have to demand more if they are going to charge more and more for their products.

Pizza Bolis Edgewater is the best place for wings in Edgewater. They’re actually priced for how big they are! The cheesesteak is great and pizza is good. Really nice staff too.

My first time ordering from this location. Everything was almost 100% perfect. What didn’t meet my expectations was the missing cut up scallions and the Old Bay Spice in the Alfredo sauce on the MD Crab Pizza. David the driver was awesome in delivering my pizzas on time before 8pm and being able to find my house as Google map drive is too stupid to understand I have 1 “L” in my street name. Kudos!!

I have had several issues (forgotten orders,dropped pizza, etc) but never reviewed because mistakes happen but today I placed an order as soon as they opened. I was order #2. It was a foot ball day so I assumed they would be busy and planned ahead. I was told @40 min. An hour and 20 min later I call and they simply say they are busy and it’s on it’s way. And hour and 40 minutes and I am still waiting. I was neither told my order would be late or offered a solution. I am sure it will be cold and was only offers they could remake it…..kids won’t wait 4 hrs for food. I won’t be wasting my time or money here again.
