I ordered through GrubHub. Two small pizzas and one chef salad with balsamic vinaigrette. I asked for no olives, pepperoncini, or red onions on the salad. I also asked for contactless delivery. When I retrieved my order, the paper bag with the salad was wet. When I opened it inside, the vinaigrette was open and had soaked throughout the bag (see photos). Ok, we’re at home and have dressing so I wasn’t going to complain. But then I opened the salad after cleaning off the entire oil drenched container and found a pitiful, incorrectly made chef’s salad. Not only were the items I requested not be included*on* the salad, there was no provolone cheese or turkey breast. I called the store. I spoke with a woman that I was told is the owner. After some back and forth, she agreed to send me a new, correctly made salad when her evening driver was available. This all happened around 4:00pm on Friday. It is now 4:20 pm on Sunday and I’m still waiting for my salad. Never against n, customer service is non-existent at this Gaithersburg location.

Love this place! The staff is always friendly and hospitable and food tastes great. Kudos to not using pork. Also! I had ordered a pizza and it wasn’t quite right but instead of demanding proof of the irregular pie and demanding it back, they let me keep it and made me a new one.. FREE OF CHARGE. Good Cheesesteak. I didn’t make any special request other than added mayo. I will order from here again. The fries were great, nice and crispy.
I’d like to add that the plain cheesesteak is big and you probably can’t eat it alone and also that people in this area are very cruel with their reviews, they need to realize 1 star is not the only option available and that they are affecting a small businesses livelihood.

The customer experience was actually really good. I walked in there around midnight and I ordered a premium cheesesteak. It was aiiight, I anticipated a much more gangster sub. Nothing to brag about. I probably would NOT get a cheesesteak from them again, but I would give it another chance and grab a pie next time.

My go to place for pizza! Always fresh and hot. I usually opt to pick my pizza up, but this time I had it delivered. The delivery time was honored and pizza was in prestine condition. I got the supreme pizza, a.k.a the MEAL BUSTER and it never fails. If you are looking for a consistently good pizza place. This Pizza Bolis location will not disappoint

We placed an order at 8:10 PM. The Pizza Boli’s app showed delivery would be around 8:45. We called at 9:00 and were assured the meal was on its way. We called again at 9:30 and were told 2-3 more minutes., and that it would still be hot. It is currently 9:45, and I am standing on my welcome mat, empty-handed.
It’s not like this was freshly made food. It’s all pre-packaged and reheated in the oven. The store is 9 minutes away: even if the order took 40 minutes to make and the driver had two other deliverys to make, it should have been here in less than an hour and a half.
Instead, I’m waiting outside so the delivery driver cannot claim delivery falsely, while my better half is inside cooking dinner.
Perhaps the food is good. I wouldn’t know. But the service? It definitely leaves much to be desired.

Their cheese steak sub was a horrible joke. It looked like they used a thawed out old steakums with a few thin slices of tomatoes. All of the other toppings I requested were missing. See photo.
The cold cut sun had one thin slice of three different meat, a bit of lettuce and thin tomatoes.
I will not order from here again.

They use to be very good, now everything is bland, burnt, the quality is poor now. They miss order notes than blame you. Not worth your time at all.

Really good pizza, and pretty ok service. I ordered from here for the first time last Friday. I ordered online then called the store to confirm my order was made correctly.
30 mins later, I go to the store to pick up my food. Everything wad done except my Pizza Fries. So I wait 5-7mins for the fries. I get my food & leave. Now I get home and my Pizza Fries are not Pizza Fries…. there cheesy bacon fries… not what I ordered and waited extra time for at all. I call the store tell them, was put on Hold for 10 mins, then they apologized and offered to correct the order and have it delivered. WONDERFUL! Right? Well I give them my address, the girl tells me it’ll be over in 15-20 mins…

So they take my address again and I said I’ll be right over. I wait another 40 minutes before I finally receive my pizza fries. And then FINALLY the fries were delivered at like 9:40 pm.
