Subject: Disappointed by Discrimination and Unequal Treatment
Dear Pizza Boils Team,
I’m writing to share a deeply disappointing experience I had at your location. I came in to order a pizza, but what I witnessed and personally experienced made me very uncomfortable — and I believe it reflects a serious issue with how customers are being treated.
After placing my order, I sat down to wait. I observed how your staff treated people differently based on their appearance. Some customers were greeted kindly and given full attention, while others — including myself — were barely acknowledged, rushed, or treated like we didn’t matter. This wasn’t just bad customer service — it felt like discrimination. I left feeling like I wasn’t seen as an equal human being.
The part that shocked me most was what happened after I bought a Pepsi. I politely asked for a bag to carry it, and the staff told me, “There is nobody here,” and that they are not allowed to give plastic bags to customers — claiming it’s company policy. But just minutes earlier, I saw them give a plastic bag to another customer right in front of me.
When I questioned this, they stuck to the excuse. But clearly, the rule only applied to me, not to others. Why the double standard? Why was I denied something that others were given freely? This made me feel singled out, disrespected, and frankly — unwelcome.
This is not the first time I’ve been to this location, but this time made it very clear: people are not being treated equally here.
I urge your management to seriously address this issue. No customer should ever walk away feeling discriminated against, judged by their appearance, or treated as less than others. I’m sharing this in hopes that your team reflects on this and works toward a fair, respectful environment for everyone.
