’ve been ordering here for 2 years now. Last night was a terrible experience. I ordered 1 pizza, around 10:30pm. I can understand it was a Friday night, they must of been busy but there’s no reason why my order could of been almost 2 hours late. I’ve called their phone number multiple times, no answer. I get my pizza delivered, pizza looked good. But under examination… THERES A ROACH in my pizza.

We preordered wings that were delivered a week early. When we called to ensure that they would still be delivering our order the following week, like the order confirmation says, the manager decided to send a different driver back to pick the wings up. I found it very unsanitary. Once food leaves the store, it should not come back. Since I was unable to cancel the order now that we were displeased, I emailed corporate and told them we don’t want it anymore. The district manager then called me and promised me complimentary items if we keep the order. The order was delivered today with no complimentary items. I have lost all faith in PizzaBolis.

Came here to leave a review for my experience yesterday. It was probably one of the best pizzas I had. Considering I’ve tried many places in New York I’d say this is an easy second or third place in total. Best in Maryland I’ve had.

When I placed my order over the phone the guy said it was a special deal. When I showed up to pick-up my food the guy said to leave a tip. That was rude of him. Don’t tell your customers it’s a special deal and have them drive to pick up the food and then ask for a mandatory tip. Poor services! Never ordering from this place again!

I should have believed the reviews instead of ordering. I placed my delivery order and the tracking screen says preparing order the entire time so don’t rely on the tracking. I didn’t receive the order at all and the delivery driver had the audacity to basically scream at me after he called me saying he did deliver. I called the store 3 times and at first they said I was getting my money back which I didn’t believe then I call back after the delivery driver called and the man then tells me that the manager will call me. What a mess. I need to talk to corporate and dispute this with my bank.
