I have to say, Pizza Boli’s on 4727 sellman rd, beltsville Maryland has absolutely blown me away. This is truly the best pizza I have ever had. The crust was perfectly cooked, the toppings were fresh, and the flavor was on another level. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into their food.
On top of the amazing pizza, the customer service was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Mr. Ali went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making my experience a great one. It’s rare these days to find such warm and attentive service.
Overall, I’m extremely impressed. Delicious food, excellent service, and a clean, comfortable atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for great pizza and exceptional customer care!

“DO NOT ORDER IN THIS RESTAURANT” Why?
The service wasn’t good, We called to order a pizza at 8:00pm ( they closed at 9:00pm which I’m aware of) the guy was in a hurry for me to order he’s about to hang up the phone after I say what flavor I want for the pizza “Which is very rude for me and disrespectful”.
Pick up Order, We went to grab our order and we are very disappointed about the quality of the pizza because it is not HOT AT ALL and the fries with beef and cheese was VERY DRY and STALE, there’s no onion in the fries as well. It seems like the food was ready for the whole day/week and they re-heat the food and serve to the customer. :/
Packets, for the packets they just give you 2 each of cheese and 2 of pepper and 1 garlic for LARGE PIZZA!! Ok?! LARGE PIZZA I ORDERED PEOPLE but then I feel like I have to fight for it just to give me extra packets which he gave me 1 each cheese and 1 of pepper as you can see in the picture it is 3 pcs each toppings. I don’t understand how this pizza place works when it comes of the service it’s like the toppings are very expensive for them.
The Garlic sauce they gave me only 1, and I wanted another once but the Bold African Short guy was like “If you like another one, you have to pay CASH! I was like what?? CASH? I don’t really understand this place. But since i pay through card it’s easy to charge me through card, am i correct? And in this generation technology is very advance this is the reason why we have bank cards now.
But I do not understand why you accept only CASH? I don’t carry cash at all. And I wonder how much he will charge me just for the Garlic sauce. I’m very disappointed in this PIzza Bolis Place. So, I didn’t get any Garlic sauce so i walked away and I will not come back because everything was POOR SERVICE FROM PHONE CALL TO QUALITY OF THE FOOD AND THE SERVICES. I DON’T THINK IT IS WORTH TO COME. I paid almost $30 but fighting for the toppings and sauce was very unprofessional and poor service.

’ve been ordering here for 2 years now. Last night was a terrible experience. I ordered 1 pizza, around 10:30pm. I can understand it was a Friday night, they must of been busy but there’s no reason why my order could of been almost 2 hours late. I’ve called their phone number multiple times, no answer. I get my pizza delivered, pizza looked good. But under examination… THERES A ROACH in my pizza.

Came here to leave a review for my experience yesterday. It was probably one of the best pizzas I had. Considering I’ve tried many places in New York I’d say this is an easy second or third place in total. Best in Maryland I’ve had.
After reading a lot of the one star reviews it seems as though the main issue was about cleanliness. It seems to me that they have taken these reviews seriously and done a lot to improve in this area. Toppings and pizza were fresh and tasted great. Workers are very friendly as well. It is understandable that they may be stressed with a busy night rush, but don’t let that stop you from ordering.
Overall I hope that this place will continue to stay open and strive for a clean and nice staff. My personal experience was awesome.
