The categories to review comes in handy for reviewing this place. Firstly, there is bullet proof glass separating the friendly staff from the public. Whether the neighborhood is dangerous or not I’m not certain. But too often beggars are just outside.
Anyway, the staff is friendly. I ordered fish sandwich combo. Fish sandwich on a bun with French fries and a can of soft drink. The fish sandwich was nice and hot. The French fries super cold and old. Guys, you must stop serving fries that way. Ive had fries from this place many times and the fries were nice and hot. This time around the quality went down. The combo price being about $10.
If I’m desperate, yeah, I’d return to get the sandwich which they usually serve hot and fresh made. This I regard as their redeeming quality.

I been coming here for awhile. Tonight was my last time here. The lady taking orders had no idea what she is doing. I have been ordering 3 piece all dark meat and replacing fries with a mac-n-cheese. She would not allow this but had an obvious hearing problem; which didn’t help the situation. There is more to this, but on an end note I will never return after this experience tonight… a true shame.

We asked ourselves what service we want as consumers? Well my night tonight turned into a tragic event. I’ve supported this business for a couple years, however tonight I will never contribute again! It seems as because they’ve got a new employee whom is of color(foreign & dark) they think it’s acceptable to not satisfy the customer. My first example is participating in theft by deception. I purchased the buffalo wings but received regular wings. Then tonight was the final straw for me! I was on the phone communicating with a family member, while other customers were receiving orders. I then attempted to order but was greeted with the cashier attempting to replay my conversation on the phone and calling me a man. I asked whom he was talk talking to and he replied with “ you were born a man, right?”; While laughing with the man whom is a new hire. I asked who he was talking to again and refused to purchase anything from them.
Anyone can do as they please but I was coming too get food for my family member and myself, that’s all.

The only reason I rate the atmosphere with a 2 is because of some of the horrible customers I’ve seen being served. This business deserves every penny they make for what I’m sure they have to go through on a regular basis. The way I saw a man treated was heartbreaking. Sadly I think he is used to it. I admire your grit guy behind the counter. Food is delicious! Customer service was top notch! He went out of his way to prepare me fresh To Go food. Thank you! You are amazing!

whoever the indian lady that takes the orders and answers the phone needs to fired and never work in customer service again. Horrible service, super rude and cocky, insufferable attitude, and extremely impatient. never again

IMO this place has the best fried chicken in town. Used to be Crown Fried Chicken until they changed the name to Pizza Bolis. But I love their chicken. It’s salty and I love salty chicken. I don’t recommend their tenders tho. They’re always overcooked. But their classic fried chicken is the bomb. I always get 3 legs and 3 wings w/ side of fries. Their fries are shoe string fries which are also seasoned. If you like heavily seasoned fried chicken then this is your place. However the atmosphere is not the greatest. It’s always crowded because it’s a small waiting area, and sometimes there’s drama there. On 2 different occasions that I was there, a gun was pulled on someone and a fight broke out right in the middle of the small waiting area. Luckily was able to get out without getting hurt. But I wouldn’t recommend coming here late at night. But they are open late, so that’s a plus if you get late night munchies and need somewhere to eat that’s open late.

The person out front at register taking food and orders should be fired .or not be out front dealing the people who are customers and who spend money regularly. this guy always overcharges, especially when it is a first time customer he always over charge and give them something that they didn’t order for a higher price and once you get the place your going to. Come find out you have gotten a dried up cheeseburger sub with wrapped tl ,and onions on a stail sub bun and always there’s something they forgot about when taken the orders but yet they have charged you for it what a scandalous shady character bad business practice.
Not to mention the cocky attitude
On top of that you can barely understand his English if you can call it E muchnglish more like gibberish a 2yr. Old can speak proper English much clearer than he does
